Wonderful place to stay. Our family enjoys fishing,the pool,sitting on the dock at night and so much more. It's just across the street from the beach.The house was spotless and so pretty. The TVs and the internet worked good.
The carpet had stains in a few spots that concerned me but I realize that you may get renters who don’t treat others as well as their own!

Our family vacation was wonderful. The VIP House has the perfect location! We could walk to the pier, get ice cream, ride the golf cart to the Kroger and beach access was just a hop, skip and a jump away. The baby pool was a life saver with toddlers! Parking was perfect for 7 cars and a trailer. Even though the house was not ready until 5 pm, it was clean and well maintained. Garden Realty took care of any need we had promptly and made our vacation seamless. I absolutely would recommend this property and plan on staying there again.

We arrived not too long after the latest hurricane. The property was well maintained and provided luggage carts. Weather was great and condo looked like it had been recently updated. Good choice for a rental....would stay again.

Nice condo. Has everything we need. It does need some new night stands in the master bedroom, tho. The ones there could cut your arm if you have to reach over for anything.

Overall nice condo. Had to run the dishwasher a couple of times to get rid of a bad smell where it had not completed running the last cycle and dirty water was left standing in it for a while.

I have stayed at Surf Master numerous times. However, this time was very special.
305 is a very neat and clean unit, as well as being beautifully decorated. It was a great family time enjoyed by all! I have and will continue to recommend this property.

This condo was beautifully decorated. I loved the color scheme! The first floor location was so convenient with parking on the same level. No need to use the elevator!

Boiling Springs

It was amazing! We had 4 adults and 2 children and we had alot of room. It was very clean and the parking was easy accessible. The view was stunning. We want to stay there next year. It is our new favorite place to stay. This has been one of the best places in our last 30 years of coming to the beach.
