This was our 4th year at the Salty Dog. The upgrades are fantastic! I would suggest a gate on the deck in order to keep small children and pets safe and also move the foot wash spigot to the middle deck level. A hose in the garage would be nice.
We are SO VERY VERY SAD that this property is not available for our vacation in 6/2024!!

We absolutely loved this spacious condo! The decor was nice and peaceful .. and the view is unbelievable! It's location is also nice, right next door to a seafood restaurant with consistently good food!

Great place! Would book Grammies Place again. The master shower is really small, but that didn't take away from the wonderful time our family had! Everything else was perfect!

Thank you for an absolutely perfect week with our kids and our grandkids. We cook alot, and we found your kitchen to be loaded with every gadget, pots, bowls and dishes we'd need. The house was immaculate when we arrived, so we tipped our housekeeper and the grandbabies wrote her a sweet note of thanks. The heated pool was necessary due to the cold ocean temp, so it was a wonderful escape from the sand, in the afternoon. We'd book again next year but we think we'll have more of our kids join us so there won't be enough space, which we're all sad about. Anyone wanting the perfect accomodations should book this house now!

WE absolutely love this rental property.. this is the second year that we have rented this for our spring break. I was not impressed with the cleanliness this year. I called and complained and they came back and did a what I asked, but over all they need a better cleaning service. I would also recommend putting like $10 worth of supplies in each time to make people feel welcomed. ie; toilet paper, hand soap, a roll of paper towels, sample of dishwasher soap, etc. A little bit of effort goes a long way. Over all... we loved our stay!

Nice, clean house. Short, easy walk to beach access right at the end of the street. There was a cart at the house to load all your beach gear on. House was very dog friendly. Not a lot of knick knacks and things for them to knock over with their tails. Front porch has a gate at the top of the stairs.

This condo was beautifully appointed while feeling comfortable and homey. It has plenty of space for everyone. The views are spectacular and it is right on the beach and close to shopping and restaurants. Highly recommended.
