This is the 7th winter I've stayed in Waterforde 403. The only issues are the master bed needs to be replaced, the mattress on the bed is old and very difficult to sleep well on.
the unit has a wonderful view of the ocean and quiet in the winter months.

When we arrived we were told our rental had a maintenance problem and were offered this home in exchange. The staff was wonderful to work with and very helpful. The house was very nice and so close to the beach. The garage was a great convenience. Overall, though, the house should have been much cleaner. The quilts on all the beds were dirty. The laundry area had lots of sand in front of the machines and generally not clean. The landing at the top of the stairs from the garage (walls, ceiling, window) was very dirty with many spider webs, bugs and dirt. False eyelashes were found on the pillow in the master bedroom. Spider webs in bathrooms, the banisters - especially around newel posts - were very dirty and the stove top was not clean. We usually leave homes cleaner than they were when we got there, but this one truly needed to be cleaner when we arrived. We truly appreciated the quick replacement location and overall had a wonderful stay, but the housekeeping needed improvement.

I wish I had gone to GCR first!

I didn't meet them (the Garden City Realty Staff) in person but have no doubt they would've been excellent!...I had listed my second home with another agent for a year and no results, not even an offer. I listed with Garden City Realty and within 2 months "SOLD!" Everyone at GCR especially Bobby Streett were so helpful, pleasant, easy to work with and very professional. I wish I had gone to GCR first. Lesson learned. Thank you!

Surf Master 106 was a wonderful "mini" vacation. Beautiful room with a fantastic view! Very clean & loved the decorations! Security was also great! I enjoyed being able to check in & out at Surf Master! Will go back again!

My family stays at Surf Master every year. This is the first time we’ve rented the 1 bedroom unit between the 2 and 3 bedroom units. We were going to need all three for the family coming this year. Unit 111 was perfect! Clean and ready. Gorgeous bathroom! Very comfy king bed. We are definitely looking at renting it again. Close to many restaurants and attractions.

We had a very smooth rental process as well as a "no complaints" stay. Garden City Realty does a great job managing.

Eleven family members enjoyed a beautiful Easter week at the Metzler's. It is located perfectly, in that you can walk to the pier but you're far enough away to not have noise or traffic. The pool and hot tub are great features and were enjoyed by every age. This was our third stay there and we are amazed at how well stocked the kitchen is. For the first time ever we did go out to buy a lemon squeezer and extra closet hangers. It was really nice (and unusual) to have herbs and spices there although we brought many of our own. Aside from the size, age and condition of the Master shower, this is a total thumbs-up vacation home.
