Our condo had everything that we needed. It’s close to many stores and right down the road from the pier . It’s directly across the street from the ocean. The prices were a steal! Hotels on the beach are about $450 more than this gorgeous condo! I will stay here again for years to come! Our only issue was our door knob to the bathroom broke, but maintenance came and fixed it promptly! Excellent service!!

Great location, clean and inviting! The only complaints I have would be the lack of spatulas to cook with and the condition of the mattress on the bed in the beach front master bedroom. It was warped and needs to be replaced. Aside from those two minor things, the place was perfect!

This was our second year of staying in the condo and we were again pleased. We had one minor issue with a clogged drain and it was taken care of within hours on a Sunday. The TV's have been replaced with larger, flat screen TV's and the condo was extremely clean and neat. We would definitely recommend the condo to others.

Condo was very comfortable. Great view. Updated kitchen was nice to work in. However dishwasher needed to be secured. Single mattresses as well as several pillows need to be replaced with new ones. A couple of other small repairs needed including patio door lock and these were mentioned to Garden City Realty upon departure. A great upgrade to consider would be to replace the tub in the master bathroom with a large walk-in shower. Overall stay was wonderful, with exceptional weather.

We had the best time. Loved be able to sit on the deck and watch the waves. I'm a beach lover. There was a storm with height winds and rain that messed up one day but that just gave us a relaxing day.the only thing that could be better is the washer and dryer. The washer didnt spin the clothes dry enough, and the dryer took to long to dry the clothes.

The condo is great. Nice and clean and located on the beach with a great view.

House has fully equipped kitchen; large pans and beautiful serving dishes. Location is perfect with easy access to beach. Beach is breathtaking and secluded; several times my family was alone in the middle of the day on the beach. Pool is perfect size and dock is an added bonus. Large family spent the week and all agree this was the best beach house and location we had stayed in in our 12+ years of vacationing together. Being in a gated community cut down on traffic and allowed peace of mind for kids riding bikes and walking to beach. Location allowed for easy access to shopping and all the Myrtle Beach attractions but also provided laid back environment to relax and unwind. Would recommend this house without hesitation; only negative I could say about house is front stairs are steep, we used back steps most of the time. Wonderful week in a great house on a perfect beach!!!

Channel of Blessings is a beautiful home on a beautiful lot. Being on the inlet was excellent because we had a young child and two toddlers and the inlet offered a beautiful beach for them at low tide. We made use of the dock across the street when we rented a boat for the day, enjoyed fishing, and loved the pool. The house was quiet and comfortable, even with all the chaos, nighttime was peaceful. We really enjoyed this property and hope to enjoy it again in the future!!
