this is our 2nd time staying in Sea Master 402, we love the view of the ocean from the balcony. The only complaint I have is we went to watch a dvd and the cables were missing that connect the tv to the dvd player also we went to make milk shakes and found there was no blender. Other than that we love staying at the Sea Master. I like how they refinished the concrete by the swimming pool. We look forward to staying in 402 again

For more than 40 years I have worked with Garden City Realty on my vacation rentals. Most important to me are their employees. They work diligently to make sure that when you come to Garden City, you're coming to another side of heaven. I thought the ultimate was having an oceanfront home. But, when we bought our condo at Marlin Quay, I knew I was in heaven watching the sunset over Murrells Inlet in the late afternoon. Part of this is because Garden City Realty; their people have been my family. You will find that when you are dealing with them, you will never be disappointed.

We had a perfect vacation with our entire family of children and grandchildren at Surf Master 408. The room was clean and beautifully decorated and the beds were very comfortable. The very best part was the large balcony and the unobstructed view of the ocean! A continuous breeze was able to circulate across the entire balcony and there was room for all 9 of us to enjoy it together. The short walk to the beach, pool and hot tub made it more enjoyable for the small children and their parents. I would highly recommend this unit and will definitely be returning!

The condo was very comfortable; the only issue was not being able to completely pull down the door to the dishwasher, making it hard to place dishes in bottom of it. Don't know how this could be relocated however.

We have stayed in other condos in this building before because we love the location. This one was perfect and met our needs well. It was clean and felt cozy and comfortable. It was decorated nicely and felt inviting. The location is perfect. My only complaint is a lack of countertop space for cooking. I had to get REALLY creative to try and figure out how to cook a nice meal without much countertop space. The condo also didn't have a can opener (despite having 4 wine bottle openers), and that surprised me and made cooking a bit more challenging until I could go buy one. Overall though, that was small potatoes in the grand scheme of the lovely time we had there. We would definitely stay in this condo again.

The rental unit was decorated and well kept. During our stay, we enjoyed the beautiful condo and the wonderful view. Just a few things that maybe could be reviewed is a TV in the second room would have been nice for my children. The palmetto bugs gave us a scare because my son found one in his suitcase on his shirt and they liked to crawl on the deck at night. I guess that this is common. All in all we enjoyed our stay and were very impressed with Beach House 317.

This is our 2nd year in this home. We love love love the location, pool, and being close to inlet with boat ramp for kayaking and beach access across street. Inside home is nice and enough room for all. Furniture in main living area and kitchen is a bit cluncky and so makes it crowded but we moved things around (moving back to where they belonged when we left) and all was good.

We had a great stay October 21-28 in Surfmaster 106. The unit was clean and comfortable. Our only issue was that we were unable to connect to the Internet with the password that we were given. We were able to access internet with our hotspots on our phones. This was our only disappointment.

Spacious living/dining area. Clean and comfortable for my family of four adults. Beautiful view! Easy access to the beach via elevator or stairs. We used the stairs because they were right next to our room and we only had to walk up/down one flight.
Privacy may be an issue for some as anyone on the beach could see into the condo, especially at night. There are vertical blinds, but I rented this unit for the view and kept them open.
As in other reviews, the bathrooms could be updated, but they were clean and functional. The towel rack fell off of the wall, but maintenance arrived within 30 minutes of reporting it. The toilet in the master bedroom will continue running unless you jingle the handle.
Overall, we were very satisfied with this unit and had a great time. I would definitely rent this unit again. Just hope the weather is better next year!
