The unit was very very clean!!! The addition of the pool was great!!! We had a choice of walking across the street to the beach or down the back stairs into the pool. The house was petty friendly so our dogs enjoyed the vacation too!!! Backyard area is totally fenced in. highly recommend to anyone wanting to stay.

Everything at the unit was great for our family of 9. We had a great view from the corner unit. The only thing they need to replace some forks & frying pans other than that we had what we needed.

Marlin Quay is in a great location right on the inlet with wonderful views of the marina and Murrells Inlet. This unit was just as described and very clean though it’s close to needing a fresh coat of paint. We had never stayed on the south end of Garden City and are so happy we found Marlin Quay. We walked to Gulfstream Cafe for Thanksgiving dinner! Garden City Realty was very accommodating when it was necessary we extend our stay in the area another day. Another great holiday in Garden City!

Seafari Sands provided us with the most relaxing last minute getaway we could have hoped for. Everything there was comfortable, clean and perfect. We loved the location. The reservation process, check-in and check-out with Garden City Realty was so easy and simple. It was our first trip to Garden City and we will be back again!

Enjoyed my recent 4 Night stay. Condo was very clean and had everything we needed. The location was excellent and parking was great. My only regret was not booking directly with Garden City Realty. I used VRBO initally and got charged a booking fee with them and Garden City. For my next visit I will book directly with Garden City because I have used them numerous times on previous trips.
