We rented this house on short notice for family gathering. We had 16 people from 88 years young to 2 month old baby. The house was perfect size for this group. The elevator was great and very much needed with some of the family members. The only issue we had was running out of hot water for showers. We learned quickly to spread them out and let hot water heater catch up. We would definitely stay here again!

I've stayed at Waterforde 403 for 5 consecutive winters. Overall the experience has been fantastic and Garden City Reality is excellent.
The only issues are- The carpet on the deck facing the ocean is ripped and stained, it really needs to be replaced. The furniture all needs a deep clean, there are stains and it doesn't look clean, lastly the couch needs to be replaced, it has no support.

The condo was very nice. Everything was clean and in good working condition except the main patio door. It only opened part way and was very hard to slide. The hot tub was clean but the water was not very hot. Overall it was a nice place to stay.

I have been vacationing here for 5 years. Each year we always bring friends and family to enjoy our wonderful experience. This year we had 27 people join us on our wonderful experience. My first choice since 2005

I purchased my house in February 2005 and have been working with Garden City Realty since that time. After I hired GCR as my property manager, all worries and headaches about marketing the property, tenancy matters and repairs were history. GCRs management service has been excellent and they are always very responsive. I believe they are the premier property management company in the area; they were my first choice and continue to be my first choice. My suggestion: Don't buy an investment property in the Surfside Beach area unless you consider GCR as your local property manager.

Excellent property. Very clean and comfortable. Ice maker didn’t work but, we were told we would be reimbursed for ice purchases. We opted to just cover it. (But we did appreciate the offer.) Very nice place! Would recommend to anyone. Garden City Realty was very professional, friendly, and courteous. It was a great week!

I had to unexpectedly cancel my family beach trip due to the pandemic. Per the cancellation policy, I would only receive a portion of my deposit as a refund. After working with one of Garden City Realty's managers, he was able to help me resolve this issue in a very timely manner. He was very professional and prompt, and I feel he was very sincere in his efforts to help me.
