Love the location and this property in general, since we have stayed here before. Condo was clean and completely supplied with kitchen items. Pool in front of this building (north) was terribly cold and everyone there wished it was heated. We requested a new shower curtain liner, and it was delivered AND installed by housekeeping in minutes. Would definitely recommend this property.

Our annual family vacation (27 years) has really enjoyed Dancing Dolphin for the past 5 years. There continues to be growth taking place with the arrival of more great grandchildren-number 5 on the way. The house and yard have suited us well. We wish we had a boat to put in the inlet! We are going to be sad when we outgrow DD!!!!

The first six days of our vacation we had very good weather, the rental property was nice (our second stay in this property)and there were no lines at the eating places. Then Hurricane Hermine hit. It was quite an adventure. All in all we had a very nice stay. We look forward to coming back.

We originally were booked at another condominium complex. That condo was not what it was advertised to be. When I called Garden City Realty to let them know we needed to be moved , they were fantastic. I requested the Surf Master since we had stayed there before. Two 3 bedroom units were open and we chose 108. It was fantastic. It was a fabulous view, close to the ocean but not over the pools. It was tucked in the corner for privacy. The unit was very clean and stocked with whatever you would need. Thank you for saving our vacation.

We enjoyed staying in this unit. It is well equipped and wonderful oceanfront view. Would be nice if owner would leave a broom and dustpan in closet available for renters to use.

This is a very nice house. There was a problem with the alarm system/smoke detectors and maintenance had to be called about three times. They kept going off and it was all of them and was so loud. They did get it repaired. Housekeeping did not leave enough sheets for all of the beds so that was an issue. The pool does. It get cleaned often so it was cloudy and had sand in the bottom. But it is a wonderful location. Quiet and a short golf cart ride to the beach. I would definitely rent again.

The condo was clean and what you would expect from an oceanfront rental. Unfortunately, the dishwasher would run for 3 hours and still not clean the dishes. All the pools in the neighboring properties were open, however, the Afterdeck pool was closed. Not sure why. Also, the grounds around the property was littered with cigarette butts and empty cans, bottles, etc. So the Condo was clean but the property could use some attention. Overall a good stay but would like to see it cleaned up.
