This is probably the most comfortable 1 bedroom Surf Master Condo that we have stayed in and we have been coming to SM for years. The bed and living room furniture was comfortable. The kitchen was very well stocked. I could actually use the cookware. The view from the balcony was so beautiful. The 12th floor was quiet even though it was the end of bike week and the beginning of another bike week. Overall I have nothing bad to say about it other than some instructions to operate the living room tv would be very helpful. We hope to return again to this same unit.

We really enjoyed staying at this property last week. There were 8 of us and we were comfortable here. We loved the beach access and enjoying the music at the pier every night. Check in and check out were contactless. Communication via email was great. We will definitely consider staying here again in the future!

Our stay at Madame Butterfly was an unbelievable experience! The beach is in our backyard!! The house is stocked with pretty much anything you need. The beach was never overcrowded. This was the perfect spot to spend some quality time with my new husband. The ocean crashing in the background, the beautiful view from the porch, the night time strolls on the beach made this experience incredible! The house was perfect, very clean and well maintained. I can't wait to come back! Thank you!

Tide Tonic was a great house. The location is great. We brought our boat with us. The dock and pier we loved. The setup of rooms in the house was perfect for our group. The house was very clean. It had everything we needed in the kitchen—- very stocked. The pool was perfect. Would highly recommend this property. We really enjoyed ourselves and was very comfortable!

Great place so these are picky things like if I lived there for longer periods: Screened door is more aggravating than useful. Better location for toilet paper holder in second bathroom—may need to be freestanding. More effective vacuum—I acknowledge it’s the beach but there’s been sand on the balcony floor when we arrived both years.

We have been staying in the house the last 3 years. The homeowners have done numerous updates in those 3 years!! This year we had a new table on front porch which was AWESOME!!!! House newly painted & looks amazing!! The table at the pool was repainted also. New floors & rugs in all the bedrooms was also new. Only bad thing was bedroom #1 needed a new bed last year & this year it was even worse. For this reason I'm only giving a {4} rating instead of a 5. A good nights sleep is a must when vacationing...

house was gorgeous,pool and backyard amazing,inlet view and across the street was the beach. called on sunday for non urgent bed issues, got a call back within minutes and resolved. great customer service w garden city realty!!

This is a very nice property located about 1/4 block away from the beach. We arrived around 4:00 pm on Saturday, picked up the keys from the realty company and drove straight to the house only to find that the "inspection" was still underway. Somehow it was still given the thumbs up despite what were visible issues to us. The house wasn't spotless - air filter hasn't been changed in what appears to be months, cigarette butts in a bucket on the back deck that hadn't been emptied, and dirty bathroom rugs left in all of the bathrooms. The bathrooms weren't sparkling either but we didn't feel they were too bad once we removed the bathroom rugs. We did not contact the management company to request service - we just proceeded with our week. One of the bedrooms has a queen 4 poster bed that is a little tall and we had to scour the property for a stool. Otherwise, we felt it was a nice property with a nice pool in a great location.
