The Abernathy is an old-fashioned beach cottage that evokes memories of long-ago family vacations. The kitchen is very well appointed and that is important because our family rarely dines out at the beach. The location is perfect - it's close enough to the pier to walk but far enough that you are not bothered by the noise, and it's only one house away from the ocean. Only two complaints - the king mattresses were really just two singles and uncomfortable, and there were few up-to-date technological amenities. However, for the price, you cannot beat a stay at the Abernathy Cottage.

One Ocean place unit 409 is a wonderful bright unit decorated very tastefully. The beds were very comfortable and the unit was very clean!! The view of the ocean is amazing and so peaceful. No complaints here, very grateful the owners share their vacation home !

We had a great time. The unit was clean and the location perfect. We had power failure and AC for the whole area and maintenance was handling it quickly and professionally to get everything back up and running! The only complaint....the mattresses!!!PLEASE get new or a pillow top for them! All were very uncomfortable! :(

We have normally stayed in North MB. Tried this loacation because we could bring our pets. Overall satisfied. pool was great and having a grill was great. Place was clean but carpet was stained but it is pet friendly. I think we will consider staying again. Would recommend.

My review would be perfect except for a few minor thing and some were to do with wear and tear of any place.The sofa was peaking in places and got on your clothes,hair and floor. We put a towel over-this helped.The ceiling where it had been initially painted was peeling.Other things like burning and ice maker were looked into immediately.This is our 5th time staying there and it has improved each time.gorgeous view inside and out.would stay again.

Our stay was fine. The kitchen lacked basic cooking utensils. The frying pan had a broken handle. The glasses in the cupboard were dirty. Last year we stayed in another unit and the kitchen was very well appointed. A little disappointed this year.

Cranberry Township

Stayed here in 2016, and any issues we had then have been fixed and or updated. The kitchen was upgraded and well stocked, better sinks in all bedrooms , new decks, pool area upgraded. Great house, great vacation!
