Great 4 bedroom 2 bath ocean front with covered porch & rockers, 2 outdoor showers underneath, and a hose for spraying off sand on the private deck through the dunes to the beach. Large open kitchen/ living room area. Only negative issue, which may seem petty, is that every knife in the kitchen was dull. We had to buy some sharp knives the 2nd day just to be able to cut tomatoes & limes without cutting ourselves. Not a big deal but often overlooked by owners. Great week and our second year there.

Staff was very accommodating and since the property was available allowed us to check in early. Beach were not crowded and very clean. The rental was in great shape, clean and had everything we needed.

We enjoyed the beach and the water. We were very glad that we could put up a canopy. We had a couple of days when it rained but we just found something else to do. Great time with family!!

The house was a great place to stay for our family. We had 4 adults and 2 kids and we had plenty of space for all. The house is in a great location and short walk to the beach, pier, and Garden City attractions. The house is right across from the community pool so that was convenient as well. The house has everything you need for a beach stay-beach chairs, umbrella, toys, bicycles, etc. The kitchen was fully stocked with plenty of dishes and utensils. The beds we’re comfortable as well. Overall it was a great place to stay and we will definitely stay here again.

This year has been different then any year in my life. We normally take a vacation to the beach each year. With the pandemic, we were sceptical about going but we went anyway. The house we rented was wonderful. It was laid out perfect for our large group. We had 10 people in a 5 bedroom house. The bedrooms were arranged around the main living area and it worked out perfect. The first half of our trip was disrupted by the weather. For 3 1/2 days it was rainy, windy, and cold. We just enjoyed the house for those days. The fourth day, the weather cleared up and got warm. We plan to reserve this same house for our vacation next year. We love the Surfside/Garden City area.

This 3rd floor unit is spacious, with a great view. Funishings getting older but good. Plenty of dishes and cookware. This unit has a view over the north Tower Jacuzzi. Huge Balcony. Very private and comfortable. All rooms have updated TV's and cable. The property management company is non intrusive and helpful. Had a great stay from Dec 21,2017 to January 29th 2018.
ISSUES: Recommend new mattresses in both bedrooms.

It has always been our favorite room...everything beautiful and big enough for us, our daughter and 2 grandkids, but so sad to find out since our baby turns 5 we no longer can choose this room again..
