We had the pleasure of working with Drew (Dellinger) to purchase land to build our new home. Since we are from out of town (Canadians), we relied heavily on Drew's knowledge of the area to make sure we were getting exactly what we wanted. In fact, we trusted him enough that we purchased the land sight unseen! He walked the lot for us and came back with his honest feedback and compared it to other lots in the area to make sure we were getting the best for our budget. Just recently, I arrived in the area to close on the purchase and Drew yet again went above and beyond to come to the lawyers with me and to introduce me to local builders AND he even sat in on our 1st meeting to ensure that we were comfortable with the next steps, since we have not built before and are not from the area. Honestly, we can't say enough good things about Drew. From his approachable personality, his knowledge of the current real estate world, and his desire to just make sure that his clients are happy with his services speaks so well on who he is as a person and an agent. I mean, how many agents do you know that still go out of their way to help make your next steps as easy as possible for you AFTER they already closed the deal? We would recommend him to anyone looking to buy or sell, whether they live In the area, are looking to relocate or purchase a second home. Thank you Drew!

House and pool are great. Short walk to beach. This area of the beach seems less crowded than other areas close by. New pots and knives this year improved the kitchen supplies. Plan to be back next year.

This was our first stay at this location. The upstairs area was great and very roomy. The kitchen area had about anything you could ask for in the way of utensils, pots and pans, etc.. There wasn’t a griddle, which I always carry, for frying bacon and bologna. The bedrooms were plenty big and the beds were comfortable. The two bathrooms were very spacious and contained very nice shower units. There is no bathtub. The porches were great, complete with rocking chairs. The only two negatives I found , 1) There isn’t an enclosed shower (with hot water) downstairs. There was a spigot and cold shower to rinse off after coming from the beach. 2) There are 2 condos, of about 20 units ,on either side of the house which made the beach a little tight, especially this year with the pandemic going on. Other than that a very nice house.

Location is great, weather was near perfect, size of two units was good for our group of 14. Our dissatisfaction was very uncomfortable beds, otherwise units were clean, fairly up to date. All units face the ocean, so we were able to enjoy our balcony.
