Six family members joined our trip to Garden City Beach. it was our first time staying in this area and thoroughly enjoyed. The house was in a good location and we loved the privacy of the salt water pool. Everyone voted that we should stay at Sandy Paws next year! Thank you for your hospitality and help with some details along the way. Getting a golf cart was a good idea. We found everything in good shape.If you could have turned down the outside heat...
Also, Brookgreen Gardens did not disappoint. Just beautiful.

We had a great time in Garden City for our two week stay at the Surf Master Condos, unit 1110. The condo has a great set up and accommodations. We really enjoyed the large balcony overlooking the ocean.

Ocean Cove property was comfortably maintained. It is conveniently located to Murrells Inlet for dining, Garden City Pier for entertainment,and just short drive to Broadway at the Beach and other Myrtle Beach activities. The property has ample parking with easy access to elevator, which rarely had a wait.
We stayed in 304.Such a lovely condo!! Can’t say enough about the “beachy” decor!! Just what you would expect a beach front home to look like!! So many little extras such as games, boogie boards etc We didn’t do any cooking but the kitchen was well stocked, had we chose to. Comfortable beds, comfortable living room furniture. Another huge plus is the screened porch at entrance to leave towels and beach chairs and the screened porch ocean side that was perfect to enjoy the ocean view!
We had a lovely experience enjoying the beach and family!!!

Fantastic location across the street from the beach. Surfside is much less crowded than North Myrtle. The property was in good condition overall. Bathrooms could be updated and slider door lock was broken. Large SUVs or trucks may have a difficult time parking though, it's tight. Outside, the pool was cleaned daily and grounds were well kept. For the price, I would stay again.

We love this location but this unit in particular had more decorative clutter than the previous units we have stayed in. Also the master bath seems small.

Overall, a great time.Kids loved the pool and the opportunity to ride in the golf cart.Garden City Realty helpful before and during our stay.two small suggestions..3rd step on pool ladder missing and could use a ceiling fan in the carport area to circulate air there.

Condo was very nice, well maintained and clean. Liked the electronic door lock and the ease of check in/out. Parking at this complex is very tight and limited!

My family had a great time. The view out to the ocean is beautiful, I love how they have the double windows - really just opens up and gives great ocean views. The beach wasn't overly packed - one thing to note, is that they have a chair/umbrella renting service on their beach and spans the entire property. You can bring your own but would have so sit behind the row of umbrellas. The pool was fun for the kiddos, and I enjoyed being able to relax and view the Ocean from the pool :). The keyless entry was extremely convenient; especially for the check in process. I was worried I would have to go off site to get keys or something, and this wasn't the case. The elevator was pretty easy to use most of the time except on check out date (was a Saturday), I probably spent 10-15 mins waiting ~ 9:30am for a 10am checkout. I would recommend staying here though. Overflow parking on the 1st level was always open if needed.

Surfmaster 314 was nicely updated and clean.
Definitely need to change the carpets in the bedrooms as they are in bad shape but other than that, the unit is nice.

We had a wonderful weekend at One Ocean Place 409!!! The condo was amazing! Newly refurbished, clean, great location. We will definitely be back!!!

We enjoyed this precious old style beach cottage. Our daughter was engaged right out in front of the house in the dunes. We will always have precious memories at Pier Pressure.
I do wish there had been more seating for our family.

We rented penthouse F for new year’s week. Working with garden city realty was great and the digital check in process was very convenient

WE enjoyed the house and had a good time. The only suggestion would to be to add WiFi. I didnt pay attention to that detail before I booked and probably would not have booked this unit due to that. We loved the location and other amenities.
