Unit was as pictured. Very private and clean. Well decorated and all of the furniture was comfortable. Just one small hiccup with the door lock but that was fixed with one phone call.

Property was exactly what we needed for our 9 family members. Agree with previous reviewers that upstairs area can get a little warm. Owners might consider a ductless unit to supplement current air conditioner for that space. Property was well maintained and clean. Ice machine was a welcome bonus. Would recommend this property and would consider staying there again.

My parents spoiled my sisters and I growing up with renting a new ocean front house each year. I would wake up super early and watch the sun come up over the ocean with my dad while he sipped his coffee from the comfort of the back deck. It was amazing. And now that the first thing I look for in a beach stay. Can I watch the sunrise, and this house was perfection for that! Not to mention the insanely cool game room for my boys to play at night and rainy/windy days. The only down, were the mattresses in both adult rooms were not the easiest to sleep on. I cannot wait to rebook!!

We were very pleased with everything about this rental. The house was Gorgeous inside and out. The pool and hot tub was very well maintained. The only complaint I would have is they over paid their maid service because the was dust in a lot of places in the rental but overall I will be renting this same property next year

We've been staying at CW III for at least 9 years same unit with the exception of one year when the unit moved management companies. GC Rentals is some much better to deal with and the unit is still our favorite. The only MAJOR downside with with CW III is the parking. Even if you have a green tag you're luck if you get a spot at the complex and if your don't you have to park at the overflow a block away. Not sure how people are getting away with more than one (sometimes 3) green parking passes for the same unit.

The Compass Rose 12 is an awesome property. Great location, views, and plenty of room. The Condo was clean and well kept. We look forward, if available, to make this property our property of choice for our annual Labor Day trip!

The condo was very clean, and we really enjoyed the location and the beautiful view. The living room furniture could use some updates as the chairs were broken and the couch is quite worn. The beds were okay, though not the most comfortable. Overall, the cleanliness and location made for an enjoyable stay

We have stayed at Surfmaster many times. Never disappointed. Garden City Realty great people. Our condo was very nice, very clean. The only problem we encountered was the tv. Most of our time was spent on the balcony but sometimes we wanted to watch tv and this unit had tvplus. We couldn't get regular stations and finally by Thursay morning decided to call and see if someone could help us. Maintenance was very courteous and said someone was in the bldg and would stop and see if we could be help. No one evr came.
