We had a very nice stay here in Murrells Inlet for spring break. I spent more time outside than in the house cause of the dock and fishing. The interior is nice, big kitchen and living room. The beds were comfy and bathrooms were good. It's in a beautiful neighborhood and the views from the balcony and windows are great. I only wish the place had an elevator

4 summers ago we started vacationing out side of Ocean Lakes and this summer we found our new favorite! Clean, plenty of room for the 9 of us and very short walk to the beach. The pool and fenced in yard are amazing! Maybe bring your own can opener because we couldn't find one. LOL Have already booked for 2026!

We come to Garden City in February and have enjoyed this unit for the last three years and will be back next February. This unit is well maintained and we enjoy it and love sitting on the deck watching the ocean and may see a dolphin or two.

We stayed at One Ocean Place for Bike Week 2025 and had a wonderful time. The condo was exactly as described and also very quiet. It is close to shopping and restaurants.

We stayed at this wonderful condo 1 1/2 weeks ago. We have already booked it for 2 weeks next year. The condo was very clean. Garden City Realty was absolutely wonderful to work with. The building only has 9 units, so not a lot of people. The master bed was very comfortable(I am very picky). The balcony is huge and it has direct access off the balcony to the beach. No going around the building to get your toes in the sand. The kitchen is well stocked. They recently did some updates and they did a good job. If I have anything negative to say is that the corner turn style cabinet smelled very musty and I wouldn’t put anything in it (again, I’m picky) I do wish they turned the broom closet into an actual pantry with shelves. It would have given us a little more space to store things. I’m the second bathroom cabinet could use a little updating as well. It’s located not too far from the pier and we were able to walk to it with no problem. We can’t wait to go back next year.

Very good experience overall. Arrived on Saturday 7/26/14, unpacked and got settled in. Went out for supper, came back and there were NO parking spaces available, even though I had a parking pass. Spoke to the security guard on duty who was not helpful at all and offered no other alternative. Had it not been for the wonderful security guard next door, would have ended up parking blocks away and walking back. She offered a spot in the parking garage for the night. I was able to move the next morning and find a spot in HE parking lot.

The house and views were absolutely amazing. Sitting on the front porch listening to the ocean in the morning was so peaceful. Then sitting on the deck and down by the inlet in the evening was pure calmness! We loved this house and will definitely be staying again.

My family and I had a wonderful stay at Grammy's Playhouse. The office agents were very helpful when we came into town and had an issue with our previously reserved rental house (with a private owner). We were settled in a new rental within an hour. Thank you Jamie! My only complaint would be that there was a good deal of dog hair from the previous occupant's pet. Given this is a pet-friendly house and we brought our dogs too, we were understanding of this and just pulled out the broom to sweep again. The house is considered third row, but the beach access is a straight shot from Yucca Ave and it was less than a 3 min walk before we had our toes in the sand. All in all, we loved it.
