This house was perfect for our vacation. The yard was great for the kids and the dogs. The short walk to the beach was not bad at all. We would take the golf carts over to haul our stuff over and then go back to house to park the golf cart. Perfect location. Beach was not crowded. And even with you having houses across from you on the canal- it was still private and peaceful. House was very clean when we arrived

We have stayed at this home for 6 years . A beautiful place to be ! Our only complaint which seems to be a regular problem are that the mattresses in some of the rooms are terrible . We had one guest sleep on the couch because of the poor condition of the upstairs king mattress.We dont spend our time in the bedroom but are there to rest up on vacation .

This house was authentic and rustic with hard wood floors. Not your average house which was refreshing! Nice Balcony with the beach as your backyard! A nice escape from reality.

Really solid beach house. Not too far from Atlantic Ave so you have quick access to any excursions off the beach and the public beach access is a straight shot probably 100 yards away. Decent views of the inlet side from the balcony and the pool was the perfect size. All the cooking utensils you need and we used the gas grill out back. I would say the interior is a little better than the pictures indicate. The internet is a little spotty and slow (but adequate) and I believe they’re going to make some changes there based on convo w/maintenance. I would come back next year if given a slightly better rate for being a repeat guest. We had a great time!

We had a wonderful time! The condo was beautiful ; we are going to try to stay there again next year. The view from the balcony was gorgeous! We had our grand children with us and they loved the room and the beach and pool!

This unit is directly in front of the Jacuzzi and very near the pool and the walkway to the elevator, so there is absolutely no privacy on the balcony or in the unit if the blinds are open. The building was undergoing construction which caused a lot of noise and vibrations. Our family of 5 slept comfortably with the use of the sofa bed. The showers were hot and the water pressure was good. The office was extremely helpful and professional handling all of our needs. I like the property, its amenities, and proximity to restaurants, but I will request a higher floor next time.

We had a wonderful experience at BH203!! Will definitely re-rent, hopefully for same week next year!! Only negatives were kitchen supplies as we cook in most meals...searched for cutting board, pasta collander, larger cutting knife, tupperware storage bowls. But unit was perfect otherwise!! We have stayed at several different Condominium complexes in Garden City and One Ocean Place was the best. Our unit was clean and well maintained , making us feel comfortable and right at home. The spacious patio was able to comfortably accommodate the whole family and the view was fantastic. Would definitely stay here again.

My family stayed at Kash’s Kove in August.  We love the facility. It has everything we needed. A short walk to the beach and businesses. It was very clean and comfortable. We hope to make this an annual vacation for us. Loved the place. Loved the community. Loved the beach.

We had a wonderful time as usual. The resort wasn't too crowded and the weather was nice. Only one day of rain and we went to the movies. We always feel at home in this unit.

Check In was simple. Unit was clean. Convenient location. Only gripe is the second bath and second bedroom could use an upgrade. Bunks and a dresser or something to free up some room.
