The condo was very comfortable; the only issue was not being able to completely pull down the door to the dishwasher, making it hard to place dishes in bottom of it. Don't know how this could be relocated however.

We absolutely loved this place. With 8 bedrooms, each with its own bath we comfortably had 20 family members stay at the house. It's location to the pier and downtown area was really convenient. The beach was literally in our back yard and we enjoyed it every day.
The house was in great shape and had everything we needed. It was very clean and the beds were comfortable.

Surprised by the layout and all the space. Great views of the Atlantic as well as Merrill’s inlet. Coming in great area for W&D easy to drop offf towels or shoes. Very nice kitchen, great having a pantry! Plenty of recline furniture- comfortable for everyone. Mary Black couldn’t have been nicer and gave good information. Exactly who you want to welcome you to your long awaited vacation.

Our trip to Garden City, SC, and being able to stay in this well maintained and beautiful condo and building (ocean front) was a very enjoyable experience. The staff at Garden City Realty was very kind and professional!! The condo we stayed in (Waterforde 203) is a beautiful, clean, updated condo and everything was just wonderful!! Would highly recommend this condo to others and will plan to rent this condo again. It would be nice to have a TV in the non-ocean front bedroom as well, but not a big deal.

rent...plus you go directly to Surfmaster to check-in!

Enjoyed a wonderful week at the beach. The unit was spacious and very well decorated. The matching furniture was a plus. The kitchen was well equipped with everything I needed. Loved the balcony and the view. The security system was a hinderance at times !!! The pool maintenance was lacking a couple of times. We love the Garden City area !!! Location was great as well as the beach access. Overall, we had a wonderful week at this unit. P.S. The owners were gracious enough to call and check on how well we liked the unit and offered some insight into some possible problems we might enoounter. Luckily, we didn't experience any major problems with the unit !! All in all , a very relaxing week !!

Ocean Cove was a great place for a family vacation. Me, my husband, our three small grandchildren, my parents, and my sister and niece had the most wonderful time! My grandson learned to doggie paddle in the pool and my niece got to see the ocean for the first time. My parents enjoyed being able to watch the children from our deck overlooking the pool and the ocean. The condo was very clean and comfortable with televisions in every room so everyone could watch their favorite shows (or play the wii)in the evening before bedtime. I would highly recommend this property.

A vey nice, clean, quiet house on ocean front. It has a nice covered porch with rockers and picnic table where you can see and hear the ocean. We have stayed there twice and plan on staying again next year.

We had a wonderful stay our first time here in Surfside Beach. It was the perfect combination of a beautiful, quiet beach during the day and friendly fun local restaurants/ bars at night. We felt welcomed into the quaint community by the locals. The location was perfect for day trips into Pawleys Island and Charleston. Our condo was pretty and clean. We felt right at home. We have only one suggestion for the owners....we had to purchase pillows for the master bedroom. They ones provided were completely flat and unusable. One suggestion for the management company, maybe a heads up that the condo on the floor below will be renovated during your stay with construction workers hammering away every morning..all day. Overall a great experience and we'll be back!

License to chill is a beautiful home and its location is absolutely perfect. The constant breeze off the marsh makes a relaxing experience without out some of the wind that you get off the ocean front. The house is beautiful inside and out and met all our needs. Some of the folks in our party don't like the beach and some of us love the beach so this house gave us all the luxury of being where we wanted to be... the pool is spectacular and I would highly recommend this house for anyone with a large group of people who just want to relax and have a good time.. I also recommend renting a golf cart to get to and from the beach.. it makes all the difference in the world!

My wife, sister-in-law and our two best friends spent a week around New Year's in this lovely three bedroom condo with a gorgeous view of the ocean. The unit is beautifully decorated, very comfortable and is situated in a terrific location. Very importantly, the staff at Garden City Realty was very helpful, going out of their way to be sure we had what we needed.
