We've been staying at CW III for at least 9 years same unit with the exception of one year when the unit moved management companies. GC Rentals is some much better to deal with and the unit is still our favorite. The only MAJOR downside with with CW III is the parking. Even if you have a green tag you're luck if you get a spot at the complex and if your don't you have to park at the overflow a block away. Not sure how people are getting away with more than one (sometimes 3) green parking passes for the same unit.

I enjoyed my stay very much, the house was very cute and clean for the most part. The house could of used ceiling fans and a tv in every room. The location was good, it is located within walking distance to beach.
Some great resturants close by as well and driving minutes to other attractions.

We have stayed at the Lazy O for 5 summers. Love the porches and the beach. Seems this year that the furniture in the common area sofa etc may need some updating for comfort. Larger coffee mugs, better a/c for downstairs bedroom and washer wouldn't turn
on. Maybe threw a breaker but we were able to fix. We have a deposit on next year so nothing to deter us for another year. We love it and had another wonderful time.

Have stayed in several units in the Sea Oaks complex over the years. This is one of the nicest. Unit was clean with many updates. Nice bar-height table and chairs on the porch. Will definitely try to get this same unit again for future stays.

Great place to stay. Very nine month old granddaughter was crawling every where so I was very appreciative of the clean carpets. The furniture was new and very comfortable. The only problem was when we were all getting ready to go out, we would run out of hot water. There were four adults and one baby. I would definately stay here again.

Condo was great! Kitchen had all the amenities of home. Even a mixer. Unfortunately our month long stay included Corona outbreak so as the days passed, so did the business closings increase. We were lucky enough to buy our own property before too much chaos happened, so wont need this location. However, I do strongly recommend 216. Owner apparently cares for comfort!

We had a wonderful relaxing time at Sun Dial 21. All in all the place was great. A little noise from upstairs tenants that came in late at night on their Harley Bikes, but overall we had a wonderful time.

We had a very good trip this year. It was our first time renting a condo and was much more convenient. The condo was gorgeous very clean and spacious. The only problem we had was parking. The spaces were very tight. Checking in was easy we just went straight in. Its a beautiful location. The next bldg down is the Conch House. It is very casual and the food and the service were superb. I will definitely book with Garden City Realty again.

The house was well equipped with any amenity you could need. Clean and comfortable. The perfect beach vacation on the beach.
