We had a great week at Beach Time! The house was well stocked, plenty big enough for our family and nicely decorated. We loved how close we were to the beach as well as the private pool. We had a problem with the keypad on the door, but it was quickly resolved by the rental company. We have already booked our vacation for next year!

Easy Move to SC from WV

Love the place directly on the beach..Only dissatisfied with the dirty rugs and the patio which was never swept in the unit. We enjoyed our stay and will come again!

My extended family and I rented 3 different condos for our trip and this was by far the best one. Modern decor and appliances, comfortable furniture, and a view that couldn't be beat. The maintenance people were responsive and professional when we locked ourselves out twice. We would absolutely stay here again.

We stayed here for our annual spring break get away. Directions on getting to the property were clear. The property itself is updated, clean, cozy and has everything you need. The kids enjoyed the pool (not heated) and the adults enjoyed the pool chairs and balcony. Quick walk to the beach with easy beach access.

Overall we loved this property and would stay here again.

Our stay at Waterforde 203 was wonderful. The condo itself has been updated, and was clean and cheerful. The gounds were a bit unkept from the winter, but the amenities have the potential of being very nice. Would definitely stay in the unit again, although the bed was a bit firm for our liking. Kitchen was nicely stocked and the walk-in showers in both baths were very convenient. The unit was very peaceful, and I could imagine many return visits.

The condo was in a prime location, very clean, staff friendly and very helpful. Wonderful great food so close by, beach view was wonderful and just a wonderful place to relax at. Would go back. Thanks for the wonderful work everyone did to get the condo ready and so easy to make reservations with the reality company.

Weather was okey. Had a chance to go to eateries we usually go to under the situations we are in. Scenery you couldn't ask for a better view (beach). It was good to have a different scenery and be able to sit inside to dine. The place was very spacious. I just recommend they leave a tv channel menu since our channels aren't the same.

We love the inlet views at Garden City and this home provided that and so much more. It was a great space for all our grands with the pool, all the underneath space with games and the yard! And if you need the beach, it was a quick walk directly across the street.

We were disappointed that no one ever came to fix the ice maker . The person that came to our place. Thought my husband was crazy. His comment was " if you would just cut the ice maker on, it would work". My husband had already tried that. Other than that, we had a great week. We had to buy forks. There were only 5 forks on our side.

Yet another amazing vacation for the books!!! Love this house and the upgrades this year were an amazing surprise! We are trying a bigger house next year for my whole family to come down to Myrtle Beach for my wedding!!!
