Wanted to thank Jackie for her great help from the first booking to the checking in, she was a pleasure to deal with. The condo itself was very welcoming and the problems with the blinds were taken care of immediately. I did find the bathrooms a bit dated but certainly not disgusting. I do recommend new frying pans tho, the two that are there are very warped and well used! More than enough towels were provided which we appreciated. Most of all, the ocean view, rising sun and the walking beach were far above any place in Florida we have stayed. Wonderful place to vacation for a month.

We’ve stayed in both sides of this house several times and will definitely rent again, BUT.....this year several basic maintenance issues caused some frustration that can easily be fixed. 1. The kitchen is no longer well stocked with basic supplies. 2. The internet was randomly intermittent in maintaining a connection. 3. The sink drains were slow. 4. The sliding door did not open/close smoothly. 5. The vegetation is taking over the driveway which makes getting in/ out of vehicles difficult along with loading/unloading our luggage. Theses are all simple fixes, and overall did not diminish all the wonderfulness of the house layout, price, and location. We will definitely be back!!

1) DVD player only worked half the time 2) large burner on stove didn't work 3) master bedroom bathroom toilet handle and door handle broke ( I fixed). A little preventive maintenance goes a long way

We were pleased with our rental. We were disappointed to learn that an exterminator had entered our condo while we were at the beach. He did leave a card, but I would have appreciated notice from you. We had left all our valuables in the condo.

Mariposa is the idea vacation spot for our family. It is located in a quiet community. We can ride our bikes to Market Commons or to Myrtle Beach State Park. It is clean, neat, spacious -has a great pool, hot tub area and is right on the beach. Love to watch the sunrise on the porch in the morning. I do believe this was our ninth year renting this property and we look forward to making many more memories at this lovely place.

Our stay was fine. The kitchen lacked basic cooking utensils. The frying pan had a broken handle. The glasses in the cupboard were dirty. Last year we stayed in another unit and the kitchen was very well appointed. A little disappointed this year.
