It's been a pleasure

It has been a pleasure knowing and dealing with Drew and his staff for the past five years. This is our first experience owning a condo and he has made our experience stress free knowing that anytime there is any kind of an issue or crisis, such as the recent Hurricane Florence, Drew keeps us updated and informed about our property. Living in New York and owning a condo in SC is difficult but with Drew informing us of any issues our minds are at ease. For example, there was a problem with the HVAC but Drew and Dan contacted the appropriate vendor and the problem was solved. In conclusion, our experience at Surf Master and knowing Drew and his staff are a pleasurable one.

Rented from Garden City at Ocean Cove for years- this condo was beautiful and updated! Loved that we just got a text the place was ready- the keypad entry made check in and out super easy!

Overall we enjoyed our stay at The Boat House. The house had plenty of room. Bedrooms were all a nice size. We enjoyed sitting on the screened porch overlooking the inlet with our coffee in the morning.
In the description it stated new living room furnishings. I did not feel that was an accurate statement due to the wear and a few stains. The ceiling fans thru out the house needed work. Either they made loud noises where you did not want run them or you could not turn the fan on because the pull string was broken. I would suggest that the furniture in the screen porch and front porch be replaced. We were also there during King Tide. Beware that the inlet waters will come into the backyard and the street in front of house will flood.

We rented the home online by pictures and other reviews. This house was better than I ever expected. I just know I needed a big house with lots of beds for my family. This house met all and more! We loved the next door neighbor and the pool guy. What else could you ask for? My children from SC and daughter and husband from Ohio loved the Ohio State decor down stairs. The door stairs part was amazing with the bar and pool. How wonderful! There were 2 refrigerators and a ice maker. Pool and Hot-tub! Wonderful for our big group. The big plus was 2 king bedrooms for the masters of the house. My brother and his wife and my husband and I. So awesome. Kitchen had extra dishes and pots, 2 coffee pots, everything you would ever need. Thank you so much for letting us stay in your beautiful home. I would love to stay again next year but I hear we are adding 2 more adults and 2 more babies. Lol

The location and view from the penthouse was awesome. The condo was clean and the beds were very comfortable. However, the washing machine sounded like a jet plane was landing and there were a few light bulbs out. This was my second time staying at this condo and the deck and hot tub is what keeps me coming back. Love the location in Garden City because it is close to great eating places. The Marshview restaurant in Murrells Inlet was our favorite.

This house is very well taken care of and the location can't be beat! The office staff was very helpful, even when we had to call for a minor fix on Sunday when they're closed. We will be back next year!

We were on a girls’ tennis weekend that turned into a weekend where we could just let the world go for a few days. The location and layout of Ocean Mist was perfect! The furnishings were lovely. We especially liked that there was plenty of room for everyone at the dining table and the kitchen was well equipped. The beds on the first level seemed older and not as comfortable as the beds upstairs but they weren’t bad. We loved it.

The Atalaya is a very pleasant place with lots of amenities. The staff is always on hand and readily available if needed.
The condo was very nice, with plenty of storage space. With the side windows, the view is magnificent. The only two downsides were that we were unable to watch a movie on the DVD player in the living room and, more importantly, the mattress in the second bedroom with only one bed was very uncomfortable, by far the worst mattress I have ever had.
