Great location and views. About half a mile from the pier. We could see the pool from our room as well. Very family oriented. The closet was full with extra chairs, umbrella, toys, etc.

Cons -
We do have complaints about the quality of beds and couch - very uncomfortable and need updating as others have mentioned. The couch coushions are extremely worn.
The shower door was about to fall off, one towel rack did fall down - twice. We also called about replacing a moldy shower curtain but never had a response. The maintance man did come and repair the damaged items quickly and was very friendly.

Overall we enjoyed the stay.

Our rental property was spotlessly clean!! There were plenty of linens available and lots of needed utensils. The location was perfect for us! It was quiet, spacious, with tons of things nearby to do. Everything was in great condition and the staff were very professional and helpful. I can't wait to come again - I will stay in the same place again!

Compass Rose 31 was one of the nicest places we’ve stayed at in Garden City. It was very spacious, comfortable and clean. We all loved the screened in porch. Access to the pool area and beach were very easy. We stayed for a long weekend and mostly ate out so didn’t need to use the kitchen, although it was also very nice and clean. Stella’s ice cream is a must! The Dead Dog Saloon in Murrell’s Inlet had a really nice Mother’s Day buffet. We would definitely stay here again!

We loved Sea Grass. The check in and out process was wonderful. We really enjoyed the house and the pool. My grand boys had so much fun in the pool. It was closer to the beach than we thought it would be, another plus. We would definitely come back to this house again in the future.
