Perfect location , apartment was updated beautifully.
My only complaint is moving in and out was a struggle. Yes the building has an elevator but.. no caddie to load . The elevator was on the other side . So walking up two flights of stairs was a struggle! I’m in shape but also have MS

We loved the views of the inlet and the easy walk to the beach. The house was tidy, cute, and well-stocked in the kitchen. Loved the newly remodeled kitchen. We enjoyed all the extras that came with the house...ping pong, corn hole.

We found a great place to be right on the beach! It may be small but, it is very clean and love the decks.
Cozy best describes the over all feel and storage can be a problem. Over all, we would recommend it for any couple.

We loved our stay at Marlin Quay! Very spacious condo. Nice furniture. Comfortable beds. Lots of windows. With the deck and balcony, you could be outside even if it was raining. Easy access to the beach. Other units were occupied but we never heard anyone else unless they were outside. Had a great vacation!

Hello Sunshine was a great house for our week at the beach! The setup was perfect for our large group with multiple families and kids. We loved how close to the ocean it is and the ability to go back and forth between the beach and the pool. Tons of living space, outdoor seating, a fully stocked kitchen, and very clean. Would highly recommend!

It's always a pleasure to stay at Surfmaster and deal with the staff at Garden City Realty. They're always were friendly and accomodating. Some units are just nicer than others. Even though I enjoyed my stay a lot, the unit is showing it's wear- couldn't open the sliding door in the bedroom and both screens needed replacing.

Garden City was phenomenal to work with, and the condo we stayed at—Sea Watch VII—was exceptional! It’s located right on the beach; just walk down the stairs and you’re there! The condo had everything we needed, whether we wanted to cook a family dinner or simply enjoy a quiet morning sipping coffee on the balcony. I highly recommend it!

This penthouse did not disappoint. Very clean, and well furnished. Beautiful views of the sunrise each morning from the front deck overlooking the ocean, and wonderful views of the sunset from the same deck overlooking the inland.
Being able to walk just a short distance down the beach to Conch Cafe was a definite bonus! The atmosphere is relaxing, the food is delicious, and the staff are very friendly.
We lacked for nothing during our stay and would definitely stay in Penthouse B again.
