The condo looked just like the pictures on the Garden City Realty website. Everything was beautiful. I really appreciate that both chairs in the living room had ottomans and that there was a chaise lounge on the balcony. The property looked and smelled very clean. The fobs for beach and pool access worked well with no issues. We enjoyed coffee and breakfast on the balcony and walks on the beach. The primary bath has a great shower and excellent lighting above the vanity. It's a pleasure to get ready in. We enjoyed fried catfish and crab cakes at Bubba's Fish Shack. Maryland jumbo lump crab cakes at the Hippie Hen House were excellent. Texas Roadhouse filet mignon and pork chops were great. We have stayed in unit 1110 at least three or four times now. Normally the primary walk in closet has numerous hangers. This time there were only five. I brought clothes in a garment bag on hangers so I was fine. Some guests might need a few more hangers. Primary bedroom could use a new more comfortable mattress.

I have been going to NC/SC beaches for 35+ years. This is one of my top 5. Location was great for my boat. House was very well equipped. Daughter loved heated pool, and we all loved the patio furniture. 12 adults stayed in house and we all had plenty of room. Short walk to beach. Thanks to homeowners for letting us enjoy your house.

The room was gorgeous with up to date appliances. Lots of room, beautifully decorated, clean, great view! The ONLY thing we didn't like was the firmness of all the matresses. But would still stay here again and loved it!!!

This condo is stocked with everything you could possibly need for a wonderful vacation. It was very clean and comfortable. The screened porch was a great place to enjoy the view of the beach and ocean. I highly recommend this condo.

We have fell in love with the Sun Dial, it is our home away from home. I love the balcony view and the short walk to the pool and ocean. It is clean and equipped with everything you may need. Can't wait to go back!

Loved the house and close proximity to the beach!! Having the pool was so much fun!
I have two recommendations. I would add more silverware. Not enough basics like forks and small spoons for the number of people the house accommodates. Also, the pool itself was clean and great but the decking around the pool was dirty with debris and weeds growing up in the cracks of the patio. You could tell it had not been swept good in quite a while. Over in the corners a lot of debris built up and under the lounge chairs there were cobwebs hanging. The decking going up the stairs also showed a lot of aging. Actually, one of the boards under the steps in front of the pool pump was broken in half.
Overall, great stay and experience. Would definitely stay again!
