The condominium is very comfortable and attractive. We enjoyed the ocean front view very much. The balcony was well-furnished and we enjoyed spending time there. The kitchen is well-appointed with everything we needed for our stay. We have always enjoyed good service from Garden City Realty and will continue to use them for our vacation rentals. We would definitely select this condominium for a future stay in Garden City.

First time we have gone this late to the Surfside/Garden City area. We normally book oceanfront homes end of July, beginning of August, but this looked really good:and was. Access to the beach right across the street made for an easy walk to the ocean. With 4+ restaurants within 2 minutes walk, made for a nice selection of dining and or drinks. Would definitely book again!

THIS PRORERTY WORKED OUT GREAT FOR OUR GROUP. WE LOVED THE LOCATION AND PARKING. THE HOUSE IS WELL EQUIPTED WITH ANYTHING YOU WOULD NEED IN THE KITCHEN. THE ONLY ISSUE WAS IT WOULD GET WARM DURING THE NIGHT AND THE THERMOSTAT WILL GO NO LOWER THAN 72.

We loved the inlet house! Extremely clean and spacious. The location was perfect not far away from what we wanted to see but yet quiet and comfortable. The house was well stocked with anything we needed for cooking and making life comfortable there. The porch looking out the inlet was spectacular and comfortable. The dock was amazing. Our family and friends caught fish and gave a whole new beach experience. Again I highly recommend this place !!!! And Garden Reality was wonderful to work with!

This condo has the best kitchen. It's been updated and works well. The bathroom floors, toilets,and vanities have been updated. The master bath would be better with an updated shower. I also would prefer all floors without carpet. But you couldn't beat the views. Can sit in the living room and feel like you're at the beach. Absolutely stunning views!
