Very roomy house for families. The house had everything we needed. The boys had a great time with the foosball table. There is a little walk to the beach. We really enjoyed the pool with a great gazebo for getting out of the sun and the dock for fishing and kayaking. The lot is beautiful, but there are little thorny balls in the grass, so the yard was not well suited for kids without shoes! Overall, it was a very nice rental and would probably rent again.

Our rental experience with this particular unit has always been a good one. We did notice some changes this year in that the kitchen wasn't as well stocked as in past years. There were very few cereal bowls and the cooking utensils were sparse. Hopefully someone reported that the sweep on the front door came off during our stay. I intended to call about this and it slipped my mind. We always enjoy our visits to the condo complex and intend to rent again next year.

We had a wonderful stay in garden city at this condo. It was a perfect fit for our family (my husband and I and 3 kids ages 3,5,6). We loved how close the pool and beach were and having 2 bathrooms was great! And the decor was very beachy. Overall loved it!

We had a great experience with our rental. Check in was easy and we were lucky our unit was ready when we arrived. It was only my husband and I so we really didn't use the kitchen much. From what we did use we could see that the kitchen could use updated appliances. Overall a good experience.

Great location! Our family had a wonderful week. A few updates would be nice. An outlet under the house for golf cart would be a great addition along with more comfortable mattresses.

Excellent vacation rental. Good location, just a few steps from the beach and the pool is great for the grandchildren. I took my boat and kept it at the private dock. Great all around.

This turned out to be a great place for our large family. The coolest part was that each bedroom had its own bathroom, so no waiting for showers and no issues for people "with issues". Its located in a great spot not far from all the beach things and shopping that people might want to take in.

The management company was very easy to work with.

The place was clean and there were lots of handy kitchen tools available to us, which is was important since our stay was over the Thanksgiving Holiday.

My only complaint might be that this rental of the entire house is essentially two units. There is an attached two bed/two bath apartment that is only accessible from a separate staircase. So if you are renting the whole house, some folks will have to go outside to back inside the main house to join the rest of that family. it's really not that big a deal, and this may be very convenient for folks that need some downtime away from a larger group - the apartment has its own kitchen, TV's, living room, an front porch - however it would have been nice to know from that start since when we first entered the house we thought it was two bedrooms short and had to go find the other outside staircase to realize that was part of our rental as well.

Overall though I would recommend this to any large group.
