The condo was nice and as advertised. We loved the location. The pool was clean. The only issue we had was the elevator was not working when we arrived. My husband had to lug all our luggage and groceries up to the third floor. I called Garden City Realty, and it was fixed the next afternoon, and we had no other issues with it. Other than that, we enjoyed our stay and will consider CR32 for our next vacation.

We found this condo to be charming, clean and comfortable. The kitchen is very well equipped for an extended stay. Bedrooms are roomy; beds are comfortable, although the furniture is a bit dated. Master bedroom has a large walk-in closet with lots of hangers. There is a well-stocked bookcase and plenty of games. And if you love sunrises, this is the view for you, whether from the full-length ocean front windows or the oversized balcony. We thoroughly enjoyed our stan and would rent this unit again without hesitation.

The house was perfect for our family! 6 adults and 3 children - everyone had their own bedroom and bathroom. The dual appliances (especially the dishwashers) were really appreciated!

We had trouble with the hot tub not heating properly though.

Even inclement weather couldn't dampen our mood. The girls were in the ocean rain or shine. The cottage was all we hoped it would be, and more.

We went when it was chilly and windy but made the best of our stay. The rooms were comfortable and living and kitchen area were up to date. The blinds need some work. After only staying 3 days, we were out of trash bags and toilet paper and no way to get more. Other than that great place to vacation

The Gause house has an awesome ocean view from the front porch. Steps away from the beach access. The Surfside Beach Pier is close and they have a great local place to eat oceanfront, River City Café. Excellent burgers and fries! The house is quaint & cozy with rocking chairs on the porch to people watch. :)
