Great week at Pop's Place. Excellent location and layout. Parking is limited especially if you bring a boat trailer. The French drain in front of the house needs to be cleaned. We had a thunderstorm one afternoon and we had about 2 inches of water inside the house at the front door.

The unit we booked was perfect. The location is good right on the beach and the views were spectacular. The balcony was large and it was great to view the morning sunrise from it. All areas are kept clean including the pool area, as well as the beach area. The unit itself was clean, and well stocked. The unit had a very nice layout except for the master suite which has an open bathroom area to the bed area which means no privacy when going to the bathroom. The keyless door lock is great no worries about losing your key. I have only two complaints...we stayed in the North Tower and only 1 elevator was working which meant we spent a lot of time waiting on it to come, that was rather annoying. Also the bath towels that were supplied could have been a bit plushier.

Really liked this unit. We normally stay in one of the high rise condos. Not anymore, this was way better. We had one issue where the kitchen drain started leaking very bad. Called maintenance and they were there in 1/2 hour. Great response. Would definitely stay there again.

This is our second stay at "one Ocean Place RM 403." The layout and the room décor is absolutely stunning. Everything is in tip top shape, the furniture is fit for a king and a queen. Which makes it real nice when the weather doesn't cooperate. My wife and I spent many hours just sitting on the ottoman in front of the windows. I would recommend condo to everyone-Very well taken care of condo. Garden city realty are wonderful to deal with, our 4th adventure with them. If that tells you anything. I have family in the area and we stay here every time we come down. We love the place and feel at home. We expect to be coming many times in the future.
This was the first time we had any issues. The washer left grease marks on 3 loads of laundry. I will continue to visit however may do the laundry at my Dad's house.

My family of six stayed at the Summer Breeze for 7 glorious days of summer vacation. The house has a deck off the back that is perfect for morning coffee, afternoon games, or evening dinners. Access to the beach is only 10-15 steps and the patio is equipped with a hose and shower to remove the sand. The accommodations were clean and well kept. We appreciated the fact that we could bring our dog as she's part of the family. If I'm being honest, the house could use a few minor cosmetic upgrades which didn't impact our vacation. I would love the opportunity to vacation there again!
