This is our second stay at "one Ocean Place RM 403." The layout and the room décor is absolutely stunning. Everything is in tip top shape, the furniture is fit for a king and a queen. Which makes it real nice when the weather doesn't cooperate. My wife and I spent many hours just sitting on the ottoman in front of the windows. I would recommend condo to everyone-Very well taken care of condo. Garden city realty are wonderful to deal with, our 4th adventure with them. If that tells you anything. This house with pool and dock was great for us. We would definitely stay here again. Even though it was across the street from the ocean we enjoyed being able to see the ocean from the deck. The walkway to the beach was conveniently located directly in front of the house. We especially loved the uncrowned beach in this area.

My family had a wonderful time. There were just a few concerns. The railings going to the beach were very rough and as a result the kids and adults had to be careful not to get slivers. Also one of the steps is in bad condition and we put a sign up for everyone to avoid this area. I made an attempt to call maintenance but when I called the persons mailbox was full and could not leave a message. Other than these concerns we all enjoyed our vacation very much.

The Sanderling was a great house and our expectations were beyond what we imagined. The openness of the dining and living spaces made the house a lot brighter than the pictures show online. And the amazing covered back porch and new deck and stairs made our stay even better. Excellent location, too. Much quieter with less people and crowding. Very clean and well organized.

We stayed 7 days in Mystric Tide in July. The check-in and check-out service was excellent and speedy. the house was just as described with an ocean view and a short walk to the ocean. i would definetly stay again and would recommend it to everybody.

Drew Dellinger was great to work with. We were looking for our home in the South Carolina coastal area from 400 miles away, and he made it easy. He has all the local connections a buyer needs. We made the trek to SC several times to view houses, and he had all the house viewings lined up one after another to make efficient viewing days for us. His southern hospitality was a great welcome to the area. We bought our forever home with the help of Drew.

We recently stayed at suite 202 at Marlin Quay in Garden City.
location was great,less than 5 minute walk to beach, overlooking marina and the marsh walkway at murrell's inlet. Outside area was always clean,pools in great condition
Condo inside furniture in good condition
Beds very comfortable,bathrooms in very good condition. suggest that cushions for patio furniture need to be replaced and carpets in bedrooms could use a cleaning but overall I would not hesitate to rent this condo again.
