We highly recommend staying at "Better Twin"! Reality office staff was friendly, efficient and helpful. When we arrived, the rental house was very clean and the rooms seemed even more spacious than pictures showed, allowing our entire family to have plenty of room in bedrooms as well as in shared living areas. The location was fabulous with quick and easy access to the beach! Our grandchildren also enjoyed the private pool which was serviced three times while we were there. Surfside Beach is very family-oriented and calm, yet close to a variety of activities and attractions to enjoy. Great place for a large family to vacation!

This was by far the PERFECT condo! Spacious, clean, thoughtfully decorated, comfortable bedding, and that HUGE balcony was spectacular to sit on in the evenings!!! Kudos to the owners for placing such a high standard for their guests! Also, what a fantastic job to the cleaning crew on making sure it was spotless! Love the fact that there was a keypad so all we needed to do was go straight to the room. Been vacationing in the area for over 20 years and this by far exceeds any of our previous rentals. Thank you for a very comfortable vacation. We will be coming back for many years to come.

This is the second summer that we've stayed in this condo. We love the location & the view. The condo is comfortable and convenient. It could use a face lift in some areas - has peeling wall paper in master shower, door knob in that bathroom needs repaired. Noticed new bedspread, shower curtain, and chair pads. Our family really enjoyed the opportunity to stay there again this year. We hope to come again. Very satisfied with everything about our stay.

The rental experience with Garden City Realty was quick and convenient. There was a couple of problems with the rental unit. TV in bedroom only picked up local channels. WI-FI did not work properly.

Property was clean and kitchen was well stocked. Only complaint was rug in master bdrm needed cleaning and there was a scatter rug between bed and door to bathroom that kept bunching up causing a tripping hazard,

Williamstown

4th floor, 8 unit building. The condo was spacious, plenty of seating inside and out. Outdoor furniture had been upgraded from what was in the pictures. Beds were comfortable (extra blankets available if needed). Having laundry facilities in the unit is always a plus. Kitchen was fully stocked with dishes, cookware and utensils. A pantry provided extra space to store grocery items and paper products. Not a criticism but note to future guests, bring your own spices. Sometimes rentals are stocked with many extras for cooking. You never know until you arrive. Our group of 5 adults thoroughly enjoyed our week. It was a bit cool for the pool; however, the pool was well maintained and the property was beautiful.

From my first contact to make reservations thru check-in everything ran smoothly. The clerks all had such a friendly personality, it made you feel very welcomed.
The condo was very impressive, nice selection of furniture and extremely clean. We especially enjoyed
the recliners and their arrangements, as my husband
was not able to go to the beach, but really liked
being able to recline and see the beach and hear the
surf. Also, the "goody bag" was well received with the extra paper towels, toilet paper & beach ball.
If we are able to visit again we would want to get
this unit.

Mount Airy

We have stayed at Surf Master unit 107 because we love the decor, the comfort, and easy access into the condo. We also love the oceanfront view and the wonderful balcony. There’s a nearby public parking for family or friends to join us for a day at the beach. I love the open floor plan so there’s a view of the ocean from the living, dinning areas and the kitchen.

Condo was clean and Nice. We had one issue with the sliding shower door. When we showed up it was broken. I called this into Maint but they never came by to look at it. I didn't want to be blamed for breaking this. I called Maint again and left a VM.
