We enjoyed our place very much. The house kitchen was well stocked. Fun having corn hole near the pool. Enjoyed being on the beach as well as having the heated pool and spa available. Every bedroom had a bathroom, so convenient for every guest. A great place!

Galivants Ferry

My family spent Easter weekend and spring break in Marlin Quay 204. We thoroughly enjoyed our time. The condo was cozy and comfortable. We spent lots of time on the balcony, playing in the courtyard, and out on the beach. Pools were back open though it was still a little cold for swimming. Overall, we had a wonderful time and enjoyed our stay.

This was our first family vacation and I could not have ask for a better place to stay. We were there for 7 days in August 2011 and we were very happy with the unit (104) we stayed at. It was very clean, well kept, and up to date. We are already talking
about coming back next year and we plan on staying at the same place. Great view of the beach and great location! The pool was also very clean and well kept! Can't wait until next summer!

Everything was better than we could have imagined. The only suggestion I have would give the vacationers the direct internet password for that particular room. Having to deal with the up and down of the guest internet was kind of a pain. Other than that, we will be staying in the unit as long as it is available when we come back for a beach vacation.

Seascape is a wonderful house close to the pier with plenty of room for a large extended family to spread out and have their own was nice to have a lifeguard nearby for the littlest beachgoers. Great grill area and also has 2 refrigerators - 2 things that would have been helpful to know before arrival. Brought a baby pool for under the house for the littles - worked out great! Only complaint was the noisy trash trucks every morning at 4:30am and 6:00am waking up those in rooms on the streetside. Overall a great house, in a great location. Would rent again.

We were very pleased with the whole process. We were able to narrow down rental possibilities on-line and then we visited in person to make our final choice. Our vacation could not have been more pleasant. The house and grounds had everything we needed and was comfortable and beautiful. Quite enjoyable!!

Very workable as far as maintenance arranging a beginning time, but our balcony was unable to be used for 5 hours one day. After learning no one was checking in after us, we would have appreciated the ceiling repair on the balcony to take place after we left.
