lovely penthouse condo in a great location--the only negative for us was the loudness of the heating system and the very tiny master bathroom with a very loud fan. The family room/kitchen was extremely comfortable for 4-6 of us and the hot tub was a great extra to be enjoyed in the evening under the stars! Property well maintained and rental agency very helpful!

Great house with all the amenities. House was super clean and new appliances in kitchen. 1 block from the beach. The pool was amazing, perfect size for 6 adults and 2 kids. We would 100% rent this house again. The employees at Garden City Realty were great to work with.

Had a great time in a wonderful secluded beach location in a private residential community! The eight (8) bedroom six (6) bath home we rented (Sunspree) was more than adequate to meet the needs of the fifteen (15) members of our family! We had eight (8) adults and seven (7) grandchildren in our party!

Nice beach house. Very close to the water. Location is A++. Kitchen well equipped, but the range oven is frustratingly difficult to use. Keeps turning itself off. Insists on a 5 minute timer setting. In spite of an earlier review I read, the temperature in the house was perfect. A/C works very well. We might stay here again!

We enjoyed our stay at Surfmaster 803. Features we really enjoyed: no carpet, the wall colors, and lovely decor of the rooms. Things that need some work: Part of the balcony furniture was damaged, therefore unusable for our stay. The throw rugs in bedrooms were worn and appeared dirty. It was difficult to find regular channels with the tv remote, but we finally located the football game on a rainy day! We enjoyed the easy check in and check out.

My family enjoyed our stay. Our unit was clean and close to the ocean. If we had a question, the team was there to answer. All staff members were friendly and helpful. We booked again for this summer and are all looking forward to our time in Garden City.

We enjoyed our stay very much. Room was very clean upon arrival, well maintained.the view was great .Pool area was nice but the outside hot tub was out of order all week. My only complaints about the room was that the shower in main bedroom drained very slowly and the patio had too much furniture and no room for moving around(6 chairs, table and 2 lounge chairs).patio was not big enough for that. Overall a beautiful condo.

We had a great vacation! The Metzler has everything imaginable in the kitchen as far as Appliances, utensils & dishes! House was very clean (but carpet throughout needs to be replaced (should put in wood floors) & furniture in living room could use a good cleaning. Had a problem with kitchen faucet & the owner came by & it was replaced the next day. Could use a few more chairs on upstairs deck and regular chairs under the deck by the pool!

Hi we have a property we rent on GCB as well so I wanted to provide some feedback! We loved the house and already rented again! I do want to say we had to go buy wine glasses (none there) and trash cans for most bath rooms. Not enough pillows per guests. We also had an ant problem (inside and out) that we handled upon checking in. The downstairs dryer cuts off once it heats up so not able to use. The drain in tub (front right upstairs) would not drain and filled up during shower. Had to use another shower. Small things that need to be addressed as a rental. Loved the layout, parking, dock, location and # of baths!! Gazebo great addition! Overall loved the house
