We had an excellent time during our stay at the beach.. I have stayed at Atalaya Towers several times and love the location. The staff is always friendly. The extra parking space is great, since we had 2 cars this year. This unit was the most organized we’ve ever had. Plenty of kitchen supplies for cooking. Loved the recliner chairs in the living room.. thanks for an excellent week stay!!!

The unit was great, comfortable and clean with all the necessities to have a great, relaxing vacation. However I was somewhat upset to see them doing maintenance on the south towers pool for our entire stay( it's the sunny one) especially since this information was not disclosed to us at time of booking.

We enjoyed our stay in this condo. For the most part it has all the amenities required but some of them could be updated. i.e. Pots & pans. Not having to buy things like dish soap, salt & pepper would be nice but we know that next time to bring those sort of things with us. The outdoor furniture and balcony could have been cleaned because of the pigeons but all in all the experience was great. Will be returning, hopefully in the spring.

Perfect rental for our group of 6 couples. We each had our own bedroom & private bath. It is very clean & well maintained. Large well stocked kitchen, lots of seating in the den & kitchen area. We enjoyed sitting on the decks watching the sunrise & activities on the beach. Lots of on site parking. Great location to be near restaurants, golf courses or the mall. We love staying here & definitely recommend it to anyone. Garden City Realty was easy to work with.

Pooh’s Corner was a last minute thing as our original vacation plans were cancelled. The beds were oh so comfortable and the views were so pretty with abundant wildlife and less than a block away from access the beach. The only thing missing were the amazing sunsets the marsh offers because it was cloudy every evening.
As usual, Garden City Realty did an awesome job with notifications and calling once we were in the house to ensure we had everything we needed.
The only thing negative was the downstairs master shower. The shower head, as pretty and excited I was about it,(square rainfall type shower head) was disappointing as the hot water would run out quickly. My husband usually shaves while in the shower (total shower time is around 10 minutes). Either it would run out of hot water or was close to running out so we had to schedule our showers around the hot water.I have long hair and between shampoo, conditioner, and normal shower stuff, I didn’t have the hot water to do an extra stuff, like hair treatments, shaving my legs, etc.
