Great beach-front condo with heated pool and assigned parking. The unit was clean and well-stocked with everything from a portable playpen to board games. Also, the condo unit has a "Borrower's Corner" with beach chairs, sand shovels, and boogie-boards.

Wonderful place to stay. However the furniture on the porch needs to be bistro type. The table and chairs there now only allow view of the railing. You have to strain to look over it while sitting. But overall I love this place. Been staying here for 3 years

The facilities at Sea Camp are perfect for our golfing group - plenty of bathrooms, more than enough hot water and a great gathering place in the kitchen/dining room. A hot tub would make it perfect.

We have stayed at Pooh's several years and always enjoyed our stay. We plan to stay again next year.
However, there are some things that could use improvement. Our rental was not as clean as expected. There was some kind of residue left on the carpet upstairs that needed to be vacuumed before we arrived. The showerhead downstairs makes a shrill screaming sound while showering. This is the second year this has been a problem.

This is a very new and beautiful house, the furniture was very very nice, the pool area was very nice we have had a pool for the past few years and its a very nice thing to have at the beach. The only thing we disliked was the selection of the television network could never get local channels that was the only thing i wuld change if i owned the house.

The condo was very nice overall. The biggest disappointment the air didn’t cool the condo like it should. Thankfully they had floor fans so that helped some.

We had a great week in Garden City. It was the first time staying in this area...we usually stay in North Myrtle Beach. We loved the convenience of the pool and beach. The unit was really nice...clean - well stocked. The only issue was the balcony. The furniture was really nice....but the wood was separated from the building and many of the boards need to be replaced. For safety reasons...the owners really need to take a look at that...otherwise we loved it!!

This is the 2nd year we have stayed a Horizon East. Unit 101 was fresh and clean upon arrival. Grounds were clean and building security is top notch. Great place for a family vacation. The beach is a little crowded during high tide, but everyone is super friendly! Check in is simple and easy!

It was great. Really enjoyed the luxury of having the pool for the kids without all the sand. Kids had a blast (ranged in age from 4 years old to 13 years old). And, of course, they all loved the opportunity to drown some bait in the creek. Will have new baby in 2017 so we made was reservation for the same week.

Almost all our expectations with the condo were met. Perfect location, clean and we'll equipped. The only significant problem was the mattresses. Although newer and clean they were cheaply made and harsh and hard to sleep on. We took turns sleeping on the excellent sofa. I think we only slept together 8 nights. There are a few minor maintenance problems. As we had a lot of rain the TV was a bit small and limited channels. But we really appreciated the pool maintenance kept up as the weather became nice enough to use it.

On the whole the condo was amazing. Being right on the beach certainly had its perks. Walking into the condo you have a view of the ocean! The decor was fantastic. The design made the condo feel like a home away from home. This was our first family vacation, and I was not use to packing for the beach. But the owners had us covered, because boogie boards, sand toys, and an umbrella were waiting for us! WOW! The condo was completely furnished. We had plenty of room! The only issue would be just updating the TV's. We did spend all day on the beach, but at night with 4 kids and a husband that wants to watch different shows it was a bit annoying. The TV in the master bedroom kept going in and out of color. This was an amazing experience and I would definitely stay next year. I wish we had the option to have 2 parking spaces. The condo was in a great place for going to the little strip. My kids had a blast!
