The room was spacious but to many remotes for living room TV and there needs to be instructions for which one works what. TV in master bedroom worked have the time because batteries are going out in remote and the TV needs to be on the wall can see it when lying in bed if you don't use all the pillows to prop yourself up. The room just needs some TLC/up graded.

Springfield

The condo we stayed was very pleasant. It has a great view and deck. It was very clean. A few things I would recommend are: The bed is the master bedroom has an air bladder on each side with controls. The one on the right side does not hold air so you sink down! The cushions (foam) in the two chairs in the living room are worn out and you will sink way down making it hard to get up, replace the foam. We did enjoy our stay there and would recommend it.

Sufmaster was perfect for our small family vacation. the only thing was we were disappointed to find that for a beach condo. There weren't any sea food tools. It made it hard for our crabs feast. LOL. But the staff at Garden City were wonderful. We look forward to coming back. It was our first time in Garden City. Thank you all

Big, beautiful house. The pool was great when it was too windy or hot for the beach, the tiki bar gives everyone a common area to convene. Quick walk to the beach on a private walkway made it easy to get to the beach and get set up.

The VIP house is perfect for a beach getaway. The living area has ample room for guests and very comfy furniture. Loved the open concept with kitchen and eating too. The house was clean and comfortable for our family of 9. Location couldn't have been better either, steps from the beach, and a quick ride to restaurants, bars and shopping.

We stayed from July 13 -20, 2019. The house is beautiful, clean and a perfect location. The beach was very accessible. Access to the beach would be easier if the boardwalk extended over the dunes like other properties in the area. Definitely would be easier for handicap people. There was a minor repair required in the Jack and Jill bathroom and the trash was not picked up from the previous week. One call to the Management company and both items were handled immediately. The grandchildren really enjoyed the swimming pool. Kitchen appliances were very good and the kitchen was well equipped.
