Great location on nice end of the beach. Great balcony with a beautiful view. The condo could use some updating but overall was very nice and well stocked. The shower head is in desperate need of being replaced and it would be nice if the cleaning people would do a little dusting but, other than that I have no complaints. I would recommend this condo.

Second time to stay in this property and we love the building, love the location and love the views. I truly have nothing to say but positive things to say about this beach house as we have two great stays there. Love the proximity to great restaurants, proximity to the pier, the easy access to Hwy 17 and certainly the proximity to the beach. I will be back next year.

The elevator makes luggage and grocery delivery a breeze. The kitchen, living/dining area and bedrooms are spacious and comfortable. Only drawbacks are the small bathrooms and the dune that makes it a bit of a hike to the beach and obstructs the view of the beach.

Sea Star Realty hit us with lots of surprises and limitations with our rental 2 hours before check in!! We had multiple families traveling at that moment. Lucky we got in touch with Garden City Realty, they made this gem available and had it cleaned and ready in a matter of an hour! The house was great, it suited multiple families and the rental agency went above and beyond for us. Truly appreciate Garden City Realty when Sea Star Realty just fell way short.

The home was very nice, the beds were comfortable, kitchen well stocked,the kids loved the pool, the golf cart rental was helpful because the beach is a good walk away, neighbors are very nice and a kid friendly area.The only thing I could ask for is a picnic table.

It was clean... property is a little older but in decent shape. This particular room could use a little paint and culk redone around sinks. Lots of dishes and silverware, etc... furniture was comfy and living area was roomy. Staff was great parking was fine. The only thing I would recommend is an Ice machine on premises. Ice machine in room was slow. Love that there is an office in the building for Garden City Reality and lived the keypad vs. a key to get in and out. Overall though great stay!!!

We had an amazing week during our stay here. The home was clean and just what we needed for 2 families sharing the home. I love the floor plan with 1 master on the main floor and 2 other king masters on the 2nd floor and then 2 bedrooms that are set up in a Jack n Jill style with a shared bathroom in between...this worked for our 2 teenage boys. All rooms are spacious. We loved the closeness to restaurants one block away and the beach just a few steps from the front door. We rented bikes for the week and enjoyed morning bike rides. We did have an issue with downstairs tub being clogged and not draining well. Management sent someone out right away and it was fixed! And the gentleman who came to fix it was extremely kind and helpful. We will return! Thank you!

This is the second year we rented this property. We love the building with an extra security. We love the location, which is out of all the craziness of regular Myrtle Beach and their very quick walk from our unit to the beach! The unit has been renovated nicely. My favorite thing is the view of the ocean while sitting in my bed! My only complaint is in the year 2025. I can’t believe that we have to use ice trays constantly, and make our own ice! Please add an icemaker to the refrigerator!
