We really enjoyed our stay. It was nice to not have to keep up with a key all week. The room was well stocked with furniture and supplies. We did find that all three adults showering close together would make the hot water run cold but we solved that for us. Overall we had a wonderful week.

The room was very nice and in good shape, the only negative would be the master bed is entirely too soft and the shower heads need updating because the pressure is so strong and it like a pressure washer with no adjustment, just little thing but it's things people should know.

We really enjoyed out stay at MQ108. The view of the channel and marsh area were terrific. It was very clean and comfortable. All the appliances you need and the linens made for a great stay as well. This unit also has a covered parking spot this with the elevator made unpacking and packing car a snap. There is beach access right across the street.

We had 4 separate families this year for our yearly friends Vaca. The home was plenty spacious and had all the accommodations. The pool was great! Short walk to the beach and we loved the size of the yard, plenty of room for outside activities.

We had a nice stay-great weather. HE403 is a nice place. It was clean when we arrived and the towels were all nicely wrapped. There were also sheets for the sleeper sofa which impressed me. I thought it would be the thing I would need to ask for. The kitched was very good. Nice range with a large cooktop for big meals. I think there could have been a bit more cookware, there seemed to be just enough to get by without a trip to Walmart. It worked out fine in the end. My only complaint would be the bed in the Master bedroom. The mattress was too hard, in my opinion, and it bothered me all week. I'm picky about beds so who knows. Great view and not too close to the pool, so the noise was not a problem.
The lobby and pool areas were always tidy. Thumbs up overall.

We absolutely love this property. It’s so nice being so close to everything, but also far enough away that it’s laidback. The condo itself met every need that we had during our stay. We loved having recliners. The washer and dryer in unit was a nice touch as well.

The overall experience was great. Very clean, lots of supplies for cooking. Very spacious great pool area.
We did have an electrical fire witch glad we were there to stop it. I would defiantly rent there again.

We really liked this property. The layout, and comfortability and the location are great. The views were amazing. The only issue was the toilet in the master bath moved when you sat on it because it was not bolted to the floor! We called the office and told them to fix it, but that we didn't want maintenance to come while we were there. The next day maintenance came (but not for the toilet, they brought a broken chair back that they had fixed. Also most likely from the person who broke the toilet). And then 3 days later maintenance came again to look at our kitchen counter to see how it had been built (Was this necessary to be done during our stay???!!!)
Also, we received an entry code for the building prior to our arrival. I had a screenshot of it on my phone so that I would have it handy. Our first night there we took a late evening walk on the beach and when we returned to the building the door was locked (I believe the office locks it when they leave for the evening). We entered the code and it did not work. We tried several times and nothing. It was late, maybe almost midnight, and no one was around. We started looking for anyone who might be around or a door that might be opened. I found a stairwell door that was opened and we went up one flight which got us to the elevator and we were able to get to our room this way. I called Garden City Realty the next day but was unable to reach someone. The second evening we had the same thing happen again. But this time there was a person there who had the correct code and he gave it to us. It was NOT the same code that was given to me by Garden City Realty prior to our arrival. Everything was great the rest of the week until the last evening we were there and for some reason Atalaya Tower changed it again and we were not given a new one by anyone. I don't know if it was Garden City Realty's issue or Atalaya Tower issue but they need to inform guests of changing codes on the door!

My husband and I enjoyed a blissful week away from the stress of everyday life. The condo is well supplied with everything needed for a great week, including beach chairs, umbrella and boogie boards.

We loved the patio set on the balcony and had our dinner there several nights while listening to the ocean and relaxing with a glass of wine.

Sunrises with a cup of coffee and morning devotions were amazing.

You will not regret investing your vacation budget of Surf Master 1110.
