This condo is stunning and it an amazing location. Clean, had everything we needed, and the personnel at Garden City Reality were always pleasant to speak with. We only had one issue with our front door not want to close well and within the day it was fixed. Also, the dryer does take awhile to dry even if it is a small load. We had 6 people staying in the condo, but did not feel crowded. We have already booked for next year.

This was our second time staying in Against The Wind A, and I absolutely love this house. In fact, we had a conversation about if we win the lottery, we are buying this house. Haha! It's got lots of room, a great open kitchen and a gorgeous view being right on the sand. There was a place for everyone to hang out comfortably and being right next to the pier, we had live music every night. It made for a great vacation!

Beach Lovers was the perfect beach house for our family. Great location. We have stayed at a few houses with private pools and this pool setting was exceptional! Surrounded by concrete means no dirt or mud to deal with The pool was clean and was serviced 3 times during our stay. We did have a couple of problems with the dishwasher and freezer and they were repaired within a few hours. House was clean and met all of our needs. Will be back next year!

Murrells Inlet

This vacation rental was by far one of the best experiences we have had. Home is perfectly situated on the Inlet with the most beautiful sunsets. Clean and in great condition. Will look forward to renting this home again in the future!

Easy rental process. The property is nice and in a great location. Located near Murrells Inlet where there is plenty of excellent dinning. Plenty of good golf nearby as well.

Lexington

I’ve been staying at Waters Edge for decades. This condo is sparsely stocked but we had what we needed for a nice stay. Some improvements would be a blanket or two. The sofa bed only had a sheet and the bedroom only had a bedspread. Also a real coffee table or ottoman would go a long way towards comfort and convenience. A table of some sort (even a cheap small one) would be nice on the deck to set food and drinks on. The TV in the living room had issues and is very old. We layed in the bed to catch a few football games in the bedroom. Bring salt and pepper as there are literally only dishes and the kitchen (but they were nice). Overall a good stay but bring your own blankets and salt and pepper (and a cheap side table for the balcony if you want to
be able to set food or drinks on something.

My wife and I spent a wonderful week with our daughter and her family. All six of us were more than pleased with Surfmaster 112. It was roomy with comfortable furnishing, including the beds. The view was fabulous from the moment you opened the front door. We felt as though we were not beachfront but on the beach! The unit had everything we needed and was good condition, except for some minor updates could have made it perfect. The unit was clean and the balcony was delightful. Customer service was spot on and the photos you see online are exactly what we experienced in the unit. Surfside Beach is a unique area with a calmer beach experience but with everything within a short drive - grocery stores, restaurants, mini golf and more. The beach alone was all we really needed and did not disappoint. This is the seventh time we have rented from Garden City Realty and they are #1 in Customer Service. Housekeeping is perfect and readily available. Already planning a return visit.

Nice home perfect oceanfront location with great pool. Beach could not have been more perfect. House clean and nicely decorated. Could have used more pots and pans but we made due. Beds comfortable and so nice each bedroom had a bath. With that being said bathrooms are on the smaller size and need updated with new shower curtains. We did have trouble with no hot water in one bathroom. Overall wonderful and would stay there again!!!

This is our fifth consecutive year renting Portofino 321A for our family vacation! We love the location, just south of the Surfside pier. The home itself has accommodated our family comfortably, and we’ve cooked many meals in the well-equipped kitchen. We love the easy beach access and neighborhood pool! The house is within walking distance of some of our favorite eating spots, such as River City Cafe, Benjamin’s for great coffee/breakfast, and Pizza Hyena. We’ll definitely be back!
