This house is absolutely gorgeous! The kitchen is very well stocked with everything a family needs. We loved the pool area! It’s beautiful and very private. The house having an elevator was a huge plus and really helped not having to haul all the luggage up all the steps.

Great!! Unit was clean and well furnished with just about everything you needed. Kitchen was remodeled and looked fantastic, even had a new coffee maker. Pleased enough that we booked the same 2 weeks for 2025. Just a few things that would make the unit PERFECT. Two recliners in living room need to be replaced-old stained and showing their age, new balcony chairs would be nice. Current vinyl strapped chairs are very old and very stained. Mattress in master bedroom is due for replacement, sags a bit where you lay and forms a hump in the middle. Handle on interior side of sliding door needs repairs to keep it tight to door and a small handle on the exterior would make it a lot easier to operate due to effects of ocean air to the door in general. The small slide handle is very difficult especially for seniors. Carpet was clean and looked a lot better than last year. Do not hesitant to rent this unit, you will be happy especial if previous mentioned updates are made. Love the location of OOP and the unit. PS- if cleaning service is responsible for cleaning exterior glass of balcony, they need to do better. Realize effects of ocean air but a little time and effort like I put into it would make a more inviting viewing of the ocean front.

I have rented Inlet joy 4 out of the last 5 years, the back porch screen door opens out which could cause someone to fall backwards down the stairs, the TV in the master bedroom has no volume control and could use tv's in 2 other bedrooms, a light at the coverd dock would be nice,

The sundial is in a great location and everything was good. Wish there was a way to get to the pool/beach area with out those spiral stairs.the property was clean and decent condition however the electrical sockets are all coming out of the wall which seems dangerous.

My family of six stayed at the Summer Breeze for 7 glorious days of summer vacation. The house has a deck off the back that is perfect for morning coffee, afternoon games, or evening dinners. Access to the beach is only 10-15 steps and the patio is equipped with a hose and shower to remove the sand. The accommodations were clean and well kept. We appreciated the fact that we could bring our dog as she's part of the family. If I'm being honest, the house could use a few minor cosmetic upgrades which didn't impact our vacation. I would love the opportunity to vacation there again!
