We were very happy with our stay in 403. All appliances, fridge, etc. worked fine. Interior floors like new & all furnishings in good shape. We give a rating of 9 out of 10. We would have rated it a 10, except the balcony carpet is falling apart & has big holes in it. It needs replaced.

This is a beautiful home. We had a great week. The house is in a perfect, quiet location that was very close to the beach. The house was very clean and well equipped with everything we needed. We loved the pool and spacious deck area. We hope to stay there again.

The condo is nice. The kitchen could use an update. Our big issue was no instructions on how to operate the TV. Every time we tried, things seemed to work differently. I'm sure it was a good service but we couldn't figure it out. So we wound up watching whatever we could access at the time. Also there were only 3 plastic chairs and a table on the balcony. The condo could sleep 8 so a few more chairs or loungers would be appreciated. The access to the gates to the pool and the beach only being available on your phone was very annoying. Some guests had swipe cards that were much more convenient. The master bed was very comfortable and the bathrooms werevery nice.

This is the 2nd time we have stayed in this condo. It is very well kept and clean with comfortable bed and furniture. The kitchen was well supplied with everything except a pizza pan. The bathrooms were very clean with no issues except the fan in the half-bath is starting to fail. Beautiful view from the balcony and a lounge chair would be a good addition. Very unique decorations make this an interesting and fun condo to stay at. We would be happy to rent this one again.

The Beach House unit 216 was a very good unit overall. We have stayed in three different units in the complex and 216 has the best views up and down the beach.

The unit itself was good but it needs some freshening up. For instance, kitchen counter linoleum is coming off, counters pulling away from the walls, toilet flappers leaking causing them to re-fill every hour or so, microwave lights over stove were out. Nothing major at all, but those kinds of things start to add up.

Everything was CLEAN, the kitchen had nearly everything we needed (I brought a knife sharpener b/c the knives in every unit we've ever been in have been dull!), hot water was sufficient for multiple showers and the beds were quite comfortable.

We love the area too. Being closer to Murrells Inlet and away from the main Myrtle Beach chaos is nice. We ate at Hot Fish Club and Inlet Crab House and Raw Bar - both in Murrells Inlet and they were excellent. I also did a half-day fishing trip with Crazy Sister Marina in Murrells Inlet, which I try to do every year we've been in the area. They do a very nice job!

Our stay at Surf master 702 this summer was wonderful! The condo was clean and comfortably furnished. The view was spectacular! We would stay there again!

This is the 2nd year I have rented this unit. This year we stayed for 2 weeks. I love being right on the beach and with a 2 year old who loves the water I couldn't ask for more. The unit was spotless and it's so comfortable. We'll definitely be back. The one discouraging thing this year was the Sargent General HOA owner. She either didn't have anything to do or just walked the halls at different times of day making sure everything was in order. Very discouraging for units being rented. Did not run into this last year so I was surprised this year. Won't keep me from renting my favorite place.
