This house is very well equipped with all the kitchen equipment you need! We cooked 3 dinner meals and we had all we needed. It was very clean and the downstairs area was great. Great space to spread out, the front and back porches were terrific. The view out the back is beautiful. The beach access is right across the street. Utilized the laundry and outside shower too. Very safe area.

Got to our room Friday night around 10pm. Walked in the door and the key hook was hanging off the wall where it looks to have been caught on something and pulled loose. Reported it to maintenance but was never fixed. I checked when I left and there was a ticket put in to fix it but they hadn’t gotten to it yet. Other than that everything else was great. I will definitely be staying again next year.

Very impressed with this unit. We’ve stayed at Atalaya for many years. Our week in 106 was awesome! The condo is very well equipped with everything you need. Very clean, modern appliances, even had some beach toys and games for the kids. The view of the ocean and pier is really nice.... First floor access to the beach - very convenient! The washer and dryer are located in the master bedroom.... Not a problem at all - just don’t start a load of clothes in the dryer right before going to bed.. you will be awakened about an hour later to a loud buzzer! lol. We have already booked the same unit for next year! ��

A nice place, can't beat the location. Clean and comfortable. A very nice stay. Some of the other condos I've stayed in have had some extras, like hooks on the porch to hang wet towels, things like salt and pepper and a dish drying rack in the kitchen. While they are truly extras, they are convenient. They do have containers with lids to store leftovers which was a nice bonus. The big stuff is all great.

Sea Forever was perfect for our combined family vacation of 11 people. Five bedrooms and five+ bathrooms was a definite plus. The house was clean and spacious, plenty of room to spread out (even with 3 little kids). There was even enough seating to all sit together for meals (which is rare). The views and sunsets off the back of the house (and the rooftop deck) were beautiful. The pier was great for fishing and bird watching (we even saw a shark). Access to the beach thru the private access across the street was easy and convenient. The beach was nice and clean and not crowded at all. We were able to see loggerhead turtle nests and at night you can watch the ghost crabs run about. The pool and hot tub were well maintained and perfect for relaxing after the beach. Sea Forever had everything we needed, the only suggestion we would have is adding another refrigerator or drink cooler, the fridge/freezer struggled a bit with keeping up with that size group. Would absolutely recommend!

Pittsburgh

We thoroughly enjoyed our vacation. Perfect location to the beach and other venues around the area. The keyless entry and no-contact arrival was great. The Garden City pier is about 3/4 mile down the road with great entertainment.
The only improvement that we would suggest is to have more skillets available in the condo (a 1 serving and 2 serving sized skillet is not enough for a rental for 8 people). We cook all meals, so we had to get creative and meals took longer to prepare without larger skillets.
Also—for awareness before booking: there are 51 stairs to the unit, right to the door. There is also elevator access and the complex has a dolly or 2 for luggage. If you use the elevator, you still have to descend 5-6 stairs to get to the unit’s door. That did not lend itself to easy entry because we had to unload everything from the dolly to get down those stairs.
Overall, we would rent this unit again if we ever came back to Garden City Beach.

Our family of 12 enjoyed the house, location and pool. The house gave us ample space to hang out together and yet have private space when wanted. The front deck off the living room quickly became our morning and evening hangout spot! The beach access was amazing.. super close and convenient. House was clean and modern, very comfortable. We had a minor issue with one of the toilet handles and maintenance was there promptly to fix it. We will definitely try to book this same house our next time vacationing in the area!

2026 at Simply Dune Our Thing was just as perfect as 2025! So we have already booked for 2027! We love the cottage feel of the upstairs, with plenty of room for our family. The downstairs studio is perfect for that family member who may just need their quiet space. The shower downstairs is small and eater pressure could be better, but it works. Fenced in yard for our 2 dogs is perfect and I dare to say, one of the largest private pools in GCB. The beach peek from the front porch is cool. You can't go wrong staying at Simply Dune Our Thing!

The unit was clean and worked well for my family. There was plenty of space. The additional drink fridge came in handy. We accidentally broke the coffee karaf and the management team promptly provided a replacement. Felt very safe. There was construction on the beach, but was really only a minor annoyance. Only minor items for improvement...one of the elevators light did not illuminate for PH, but still worked. The unit is due for a master bathroom remodel. We would stay there again!
