This was our third straight year stay at Surfmaster by the Sea, but our first time staying in 210. Everything was great. Great view from lower floor deck. Bathrooms and kitchen - good. Thanks for having beach chairs and beach toys, that’s both a time savings and cost savings. In past years I paid like $80 for 2 beach chairs and just left them on the beach for someone at the end of the week. I would highly recommend this unit. The only challenge was when we would come home from dinner, usually all of the parking was taken.

Perfect location. Love being able to sit on the balcony & sip my morning coffee before going on the beach. Very well maintained beautiful and modern/up-to-date condo. Excited to come again next year.

Condao was extremely clean and updated. Great condo. I will absolutely try and reserve this condo again in the future. But we were extremely disappointed the pool on the South end was closed for maintaince for 2 days! That is unaceptable for a vacation rental.

This is the first time we stayed at Surf Master and it will not be the last. We were very impressed. The unit was very clean as was the entire property. The unit was well equipped with good cookware, utensils and dishes, a Keurig/combo and separate coffee pot. We loved the chairs on the balcony, they were very comfortable. The sliders were easy to open and the view was spectacular. Parking was easy (it helped that it was prior to the busy season), but the parking spaces are bigger and there was a lot of room on the first floor parking lot to move around. We visited our usual restaurants such as Crabby Mikes, Nacho Hippo, and Myers Ice Cream. Garden City Realty did a good job communicating with us as to arrival and departure instructions. We will look to rent this unit again!

The unit was as advertised. The unit was clean and roomy. Apparently the Home Owners Association is responsible for lots of added security. The problem is guests care required to key in a numerical code at each gate.
Very cumbersome if you are trying to carry stuff to the pool or beach.
Also had to call maintenance as the TV in the living room was not working. The mattress and pillows need to be replaced in the master bedroom.

Not sure how I feel about renting next year. We have been coming to One Ocean place for over 15 years.

We come for a yearly event at Garden City Chapel. This home is very convenient in proximity to the chapel. It’s a beautiful home with a beautiful view. We love the porches. A few things I noticed that may need some attention were the upholstery on the upstairs couch, mattress pads would be nice (especially on aging mattresses) and new pillows on the beds.

Absolutely loved this rental! Beautiful coastal vibes, and the space is big, open, and huge. It felt luxurious yet comfortable—would definitely stay again. Hosting our Rehearsal dinner there is even more special. We are so happy and loved every minute of it!

We booked Gaga and Papa’s Palace to spend Christmas near our grandchildren. The house was perfect for us. Great location with outdoor space, well stocked kitchen, and very clean. One of the cleanest places I’ve stayed in during my decades of yearly visits to the coast! I would recommend this to friends.
