The Ocean Towers was a great house for our stay. When we arrived, everything was spotless, and the view was absolutely amazing—we truly enjoyed that part of the experience.

We did run into a few issues during the week, which we understand are more related to the homeowners and things that can happen over time. The AC was not working properly when we arrived, but your team responded immediately and had someone come out. Later that evening, a gentleman brought two portable AC units and a window unit, which definitely helped cool the main areas.

However, the bunk room did not have an AC unit, and it became very hot, which resulted in the boys having to sleep on the sofa for a few nights.

We also noticed a leak in the living room ceiling and contacted you right away. Again, your team was very responsive and sent someone out promptly. It was determined the issue was likely coming from the master shower, so to prevent further damage, we stopped using that shower for the remainder of the week. This meant everyone had to share one shower, which was manageable but did create some inconvenience.

Despite these challenges, we made the best of the situation, and overall, the house itself was beautiful and we still had a great stay. We truly appreciate how quickly and professionally your team handled everything.

This was the second time we have stayed in this unit. Garden City Realty kept us up to date with anything that was going on with the building (a/c repairs, trash shoot repairs, motorcycle parking, etc.). The unit was clean and had everything we needed for our stay.

We rented this house for my daughter and a few of her friend's Junior year Spring Break. The second floor has 4 rooms and we were able to stick all the teenagers on that floor so the adults could have some peace and quiet. PERFECT!! The location was perfect. Sam's corner, the pier and arcade are steps just does get a little noisy in the evening but is pretty quiet by 9 pm. This house does need some minor repairs (breaker flipped a few times on the hot water heater and upstairs 3rd story bedroom, Wi-Fi went out for 2 days which also controls the heating and air system)., but I would most definitely rent it again.. Perfect house for a large family.
