I was honestly surprised at how clean everything was. The furniture was nice and comfy. Loved the view and parking was perfect. We had everything we needed and then some! If I wasn’t planning to relocate there I would have booked it for the next year.

There were 26 family members that rented P's and T's Pleasures. We "lived" in P' Treasures, but slept in all the bedrooms. This place was perfect for our reunion. Everyone was so pleased by the cleanliness, the stocking of the huge kitchen, the large rooms to relax in, the nice pool, but the best feature of P's was the wonderful deck. Most of us sat on the deck at sun rise, had our coffee, chatted and just watched the ocean. It was lovely. The two outdoor tables came in handy with eating and drinking while the other table was used by the children for their eating and crafting. Let me add, that being on the ocean was what made these two condos so special.Family members were down there all day, swimming and even kite flying. This property gets 10 stars, if there is a rating like that. Absolutely loved it!!

Overall, the stay was great. It was a perfect house for the 7 of us that stayed. However, I can’t imagine how this house could fit 14 people! The bathrooms are small, but again, worked for 7 of us.
One of the bathrooms, the one with the bigger shower on the right, smelled though. It was like a moldy/mildewy smell. I understand those showers are hard to clean because of the type of door, but the smell permeated to the room that my boys stayed in. The other bathroom had an issue with draining in the sink and towards the end of the trip, the shower took a little bit to drain. But it didn’t ruin the trip.
It was nice being able to adjust each room with the air conditioning because of the individual wall units, but a few of them had a yucky smell and they were very loud.
The kitchen had everything we needed! The living space was great and we love having a screened in porch to sit on, especially on the rainy days. The access to the beach was perfect!
Overall, we were very happy with our stay!

My family of 20 people (10 adults & 10 children) stayed in all of the units in Boston Common (not the penthouse) for a family vacation the first week of August. In past years, we had stayed at all of the units individually, so we knew this was the place for us. Unit 202 is by far, the best in the building. The bathrooms have been beautifully updated. The kitchen was fully stocked with everything necessary for a comfortable stay including a large table that could seat 7 people. The beds were comfortable and the living room furniture was fine, although the recliner was a bit tippy. Loved sitting on the balcony. We found it to be clean on arrival. The location is perfect with the beach right outside the door. The indoor pool was great to cool off in after a day at the beach. There are many businesses that are walkable including restaurants, beach bars and shopping. I would not hesitate to return.

Great location! Was a great stay for us. If we were to be looking for something to pick about... the beds were loud and mattresses could use an upgrade. Front upstairs bedroom did not get cool. That being said the location to the beach and everything else were great!

Beautiful ocean front home, spacious for large family. Ample seating for dining and in living room. Well equipped kitchen. Nice bedrooms. Great pool and outside deck. A few minor issues but quick response from maintenance. Would definitely rent again!

This rental checked a lot of boxes for our large family group that visited. We were far enough away that the beach was not crowded, but close enough to head to the pier area during the evenings. The enclosed covered porch area was great for evenings and night time card games, etc. since it was conditioned space with great views of the ocean. We will be back again.

House was very nice. Kids loved the pool. Great location. Price was fair. House was clean...only issue we had were the bed sheets kept coming off & we were putting the beds sheets back on in the middle of the nigh constantly. told housekeeping & they were going to coorect it

The unit was extremely clean, the overall building was very clean, easy access to beach and pool, and unit was equipped with cooking items. We rented here many years ago and it was such a pleasant experience to return our vacation stay here. Highly recommend! You won’t be disappointed! And save yourself some time - rent the chairs and umbrellas on the beach!
