We really enjoyed our stay at Southern Sunrise! There was more than enough room for everyone to have their own space and the location close to the beach was perfect. We also enjoyed the pool, it was just big enough for us to relax and have the young kids swim a bit. The elevator was immensely beneficial as well! The 3rd floor bathtub/shower needs some attention and the cookware definitely needs to be updated/maintained. But overall, we had a great vacation experience! Close to the beach, good food options, the pier, shopping and entertainment! Food shopping delivery and pick up options from the local Walmart Supercenter was a huge help. Definitely would recommend for large families and groups of friends!

Guest House 108 fully met our expectations as advertised. The accommodations were comfortable and well-equipped, and the close proximity to the beach was a significant advantage. While occasional nighttime noise from vehicles and individuals was a minor drawback, the overall experience remained highly enjoyable. Garden City Realty provided exceptional service throughout our stay, from the initial reservation to our departure, including proactive check-ins to ensure our satisfaction.

Repeat stay for our family in Amazing Grace and we had another wonderful week! Great beach home with an easy walk to the beach and the pier. Well stocked kitchen. Clean and comfortable living spaces. Enclosed porches are a plus for the littles to safely play and enjoy morning coffee. Pool area is fun after a day at the beach and night swims (kids loved the pool light that changes colors)! Stove and refrigerator could use an update, but they serve the purpose. Bunk bedroom doesn't cool off as well, so we had to keep a fan running. We will definitely rent again!

This wes perhaps our eleventh year at Inlet Joy...excellent dock for fishing and crabbing, boat ramp for fisherman and just across the street from beach access on a non crowded portion of then beach. Excellent sunsets from the screened porch and a large enough backyard to fly a kite...

We truly enjoyed our stay. The house was perfectly set up for the hubs, our older boys and me. We made those stinkers sleep on the other side of the house. We enjoyed being close to the beach and having a fishing dock in the back yard. My only hesitation in staying her again is there is not a washer/dryer. Not a deal breaker but do enjoy not having SO much laundry to do when we get back home.

We really enjoyed our stay at Tide Tonic. This is a large home and is very well maintained. We had everything we needed for our large group. Have already booked again for next July fourth week. If you’re looking for a beautiful home on the marsh for a large group, Tide Tonic is it.

This unit is right on the beach. Provides elevator for those of us getting a little older. Close to the Garden City Pier. Clean and well decorated. We would definitely stay here again!

Love this rental and the location is perfect for us. We’ve been coming to Garden City for over 50 years with other family members. The house they rent is close by so the location is perfect for that. The views of the marsh in morning and evening are breathtaking. Unfortunately the rental weeks for this house and my cousin’s house don’t jive up for next year ( third week works better for us but the weeks weren’t bumped for the 4th of July falling on a weekend like realty companies used to do)and our family is growing so we had to look for another house for next year but Tide Tonic will always be a place we will remember bc so many great memories were made here.

This house was perfect for my family - Close to Ocean - Close to pier and the little shops right around the corner. The only thing was the the 2 queen beds - They were cheap mattresses and should be king beds . Rooms are big enough.
