This was a very comfortable condo, had everything we needed, and the King size bed was comfy! We were close to everything we like to do, so it was a perfect location. We brought an oversized vehicle, and since the parking was out door parking, we didn't have to worry about fitting in a garage. Overall the perfect stay.

Enjoyed the wonderful view from balcony. Second bedroom and bath were very small but overall it was a nice stay.

The house was perfect for our family.The yard space was great for my grandsons to run around in. Loved the parking space below the house. The closet space was amazing. The storage space in the bathrooms was perfect. The bedrooms were very spacious. The decks out back and front were great. Wished the weather would have let us enjoy them. There are a few things that need to be updated. The living room furniture was uncomfortable. The beds did not sleep well at all. Needs to be an electric can opener in the kitchen. A garbage disposal would have been nice. I would stay there again with my family.

Murrells Inlet

This condo was just about perfect for my needs. I was very comfortable and the unit was very clean when I arrived. GCR stayed in contact with maintenance items occurring during my stay i.e. monthly pest control, filter changes, etc. although not beachfront, I could see the ocean from the balcony and public access was just across the street. Perfect for beach walking and a few establishments are within walking distance. The pool area was very nice to sit and enjoy a little sunshine. The building itself was very well maintained and kept clean. Elevator was a big plus when needed.GCR is a very professional agency and would not hesitate to book through them again.

The house was amazingly beautiful, loved how each bedroom had their own bathroom. The house had a private pool so we didn't have to share it with anybody. I highly recommend this place for people to stay.

Kings Mountain

This was our 1st time staying in unit 104. This unit came with a covered parking space which was nice when it rained. All the comforts of home, however it would be nice to have a hair dryer. My 96-year-old father requested to stay at Marlin Quay one more time before he gets too old. He was somewhat disappointed as there was Palm Tree obstructing part of the inlet view. Overall, our stay was very pleasant.

Overall everything was perfect for our family. The only exception was the refrigerator in the kitchen wasn’t operating properly and the faucet came loose while we were there but was still operational (which was reported during our visit). The Garden City staff was excellent. We are planning to stay at Seascape again!

The house has a whole was great! We did have some annoying ducks that kept landing and pooping in the pool. So, we were unable to use the pool. Maintenance was GREAT and came to clean it but the ducks just kept coming.
