All in all, we were very pleased with our rental and the rental process. The staff at Garden City were very helpful in booking the rental. The check-in/check-out process was very easy. The rental itself was clean and attractive. Two of my companions that shared the bedroom with two beds both said their mattresses were not comfortable and the hall bath water pressure in the shower was poor. The sofa and chaise were a bit low and difficult for old ladies to arise from. But it was still one of the nicest condos we've rented and we would definitely rent it again. One member of our party had a bad fall by the hot tub due to the painted concrete being very slippery and, yes, she was sober at the time.

My wife and I made last minute vacation plans and decided to stay at the SeaCamp. A great week with a little hurricane thrown in for good measure! We really liked SeaCamp, it was modern, clean, and perfect location! The kitchen was stocked with everything you could ever need. We felt safe and secure here even when the winds whipped up a bit. Anyone renting this home needs to know: there are NO window treatments on the first floor, anyone on the beach have full view of the inside of the home. The 1/2 bath and both bathrooms on the second floor have NO window treatments either (except a third of the window has a frosted film over it). That being the case we chose to stay on the 3rd floor where the bathrooms had no windows. The living room chairs and sofa(?) was not comfortable. That was the only downside of our stay. Check in was fast and easy, we ate mostly in the Murrells Inlet area so the restaurants were close by. All in all, this was a nice place to stay!

This was an amazing rental for our family. Checking in with the keypad was easy and all instructions provided beforehand were easy to understand. The house is on a quiet street but is near the main roads of Murrell's Inlet so you can easily access the town. The interior of the home is very inviting with comfortable, well maintained furniture, great natural light, and plenty of space for our family of 7. The full two car garage was able to fit all of our vehicles including a boat on the driveway. This place had everything we could need and more for cooking family meals, just be sure to bring some cooking essentials like oil and spices. The screened in rear porch is great if you would like to get outside but not eaten up. The pool and hot tub were both extremely clean and refreshing. We will definitely be booking again when we are back in the area.

Well, things were very quiet & restful til Hurricane Helene decided to come onshore in FL & move up the coast. So what does THAT have to do w/our stay? Well, Jackie & Robin were wonderful to help us with issues that could have & did arise from this event. Not only did they help us, they were so kind & patient with us as well. Then there's Dan, the Maintenance Man. When we had a problem, he was right there to help us resolve it. There is NO BETTER service from anyone, anywhere than Garden City Realty! THEY. ARE. THE. BEST. AND. ONLY GAME. IN. TOWN!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

We were very happy with condo. Everything was as expected. Grandsons loved the rain shower in Master bath & "puzzle" table overlooking the ocean. Everything is so convenient & sound proof. We could hear nothing above or below or even inside within each bedroom. Like another reviewer, we thought Master mattress was too soft, but we managed. Of note- there us no hanging closet in Master bedroom but there is plenty of drawer space. We just used 2nd bedroom closet for hanging. Also, unit had 2 blowdryers- bonus!we would return to thus unit!

The view from the view from the porch was spectacular. It exceeded our expectations. It was exactly as described. Garden City Realty went above and beyond and very nice to work with. Very good location to get to grocery and attractions. We will definitely be back.
