We had a great vacation! The Metzler has everything imaginable in the kitchen as far as Appliances, utensils & dishes! House was very clean (but carpet throughout needs to be replaced (should put in wood floors) & furniture in living room could use a good cleaning. Had a problem with kitchen faucet & the owner came by & it was replaced the next day. Could use a few more chairs on upstairs deck and regular chairs under the deck by the pool!

We had a great stay at this home!! Had so many amenities and was well kept. Loved all of the views from all of the decks. The only thing I would recommend is an outside shower or hose off area to rinse off from the beach. Other than that we cannot wait to stay again next year!!

A friend and I stayed and it was thr perfect size. I think it would be perfect for up to 4 people. The only complaint is we saw quite a few big bugs during out stay. Realty company was notified.

This condo is nicely furnished and well maintained. The kitchen is stocked with everything you need. The beds are comfortable. Pam, at Garden City Realty, is the best - she is always helpful.

Overall a great experience. Would have appreciated a heads up that the elevators were not working a few days before our stay and all week long. Asked for a late checkout which was granted but the door code was changed right at 10:am. Good thing I had the number to call to correct this so we could go back in.
