Great place to celebrate my sister’s 70th birthday! Loved the decor and enjoyed the screened porch so much! Easy access to the beach and close to grocery stores, the pier, and great restaurants.

It was again a wonderful week at this property. We had an issue with both ice makers not working. Things can go wrong no matter where you stay. Unlike other rental agencies, however, this one came out right away, ordered a part & fixed it by the end of our week. In the meantime, they offered to reimburse the cost of ice purchases. They are always responsive & accommodating. The Vayk Gear was also a great perk. We love staying here!

We enjoyed our stay at Sea Mystique. The location is good and everything was clean. We were surprised that someone walked off with one of our chairs in the middle of the day on a Saturday. It was just outside the door of the condo when we came up for lunch and was gone after lunch. So even during the day it would be best to keep your beach things on the balcony for safety.

My friend & I rented the same condo at Horizon East for the last two years. It's oceanfront & very comfortable. We like having the elevator too.
Garden City Realty is great to deal with also. We will definitely book with them again.

location was great.place was clean. Nice to have 3 bathrooms Porch was Wonderfull. when it said you need to bring everything they were right.Besides the expected the only thing extra were a few boggie boards someone had left.The bed in the main bedroom had about a 2 inch foam pad on top of the mattress and on top of that a 2 inch memory foam pad. It made the bed too soft. I removed the foam and it was better. Having a plastic covering over the mattresses felt like I was in a cheap hotel. There has to be a better way.They need a second lamp in the master, one where you can plug in your chargers.A better coffee maker would be nice. The one there worked ok but you could not take and pour a cup when it was brewing, it would leak on the pad.Liked the couches and coffee table. Last it would been nice to have a fan in the would be costly to put in ceiling fans but one on a stand would be nice.

We had an absolutely fantastic trip to Garden City at Ocean Cove unit 111. The decor is beachy and up to date. Comfortable and cozy for our group. Dining within walking and easy driving distances. Condo was sparkling clean and ready upon arrival. Thank you Garden City Realty for another perfect vacation! Y’all are the best !

We had a great time August 31 thru Sept 7 at the Beach House. The condo complex is in a great location, close to everything. The condo itself needs some work, and some updates , I was told that is going to happen next year. I can’t wait to see the improvements! We always have a great experience with Garden City Realty. Pam was very helpful in finding us a different unit for 2025, as this one won’t be available. We’ve been coming to the Beach House for the last 15 years and will be back next year!

Condo was very clean. Bed was comfortable. One electrical outlet behind bed with lamb plugged in only allowed one of our phones to be plugged in. Needs a light under cabinet over sink in kitchen. Hard to see when washing dishes. Grab bar in showers would have been nice. No where ti hold on. TV in living area was difficult to use. Remote did not turn tv power on. Had to push button on tv. Remote did not control volume. Had to use volume button at the tv.

The house was nicely decorated and had lots of kitchen supplies. It was also nice to have games and books. The pool was very nice and the outdoor furniture was comfortable except for the lounge chairs because 3 were broken. The grill ran out of gas and we called for a replacement tank. A gentleman came, I think his name was Adam and replaced the tank and even came back to bring a new brush to clean the grill which was very nice. Thanks Adam. Overall we really liked the place and the ease of renting. Thanks for a great week.

The condo was a perfect place to relax and enjoy the views. The condo was clean and comfortable and had everything we needed. We always enjoy Gregg's during football season , good food and fun. Looking forward to next time.
