great house and location - perfect for what i wanted -
been staying in that area for 40 years. the outside back porch lights didnt work or we could not figure how to turn them on . only outside lights in front that worked were front porch light and light up stairs. very dark from car to steps and we had 2 people in their 90's. those are very minor but you may want to seee why they dont work .

What a great condo to stay in! I have stayed here 3 times now and 100% will continue to come back! Beach front, fully stocked kitchen, comfortable beds and great patio furniture to spend your mornings and evening enjoying the wonderful view of the ocean. I very much recommend this condo for your next family vacation.

We enjoyed the condo and our overall experience. The condo was nicely furnished however the kitchen and bathrooms are in need of updates. The kitchen counter has knicks in it causing it to "look dirty". The bathrooms also need to be thoroughly cleaned and updated. The table and chairs on the deck were rusted and we were not able to sit on them.

The unit was clean up to date and in a nice location. The complex itself is very well managed and maintained. Would recommend One Ocean Place anytime.

We enjoyed our stay at Ocean Townes One so much we will definitely return. The place was well maintained and clean. The linens and towels were clean and wrapped in sets. The location was ideal and the beach gear included was a great bonus. I especially liked the decor and furnishings. It was a very calm and peaceful place to stay. Garden City Realty was great to deal with. Any questions etc. they were on it right away. We had a great vacation and look forward to visiting again and using Garden City Realty. Thanks Pam!

Everything was good. Clean, helpful staff. Request for pool cleaning, step area repair handled very quickly. One main complaint, BEDS are bad and actually were the last time we stayed. The master sinks on the side near bathroom. This definitely affects you sleep. Otherwise nice place

Condo was extremely nice. Beds comfy. Nice furniture,, good shower head. Loved being actually steps from the beach. The only issue is that the balcony felt very unsafe. It’s sagging, built with 4x4 posts. The entire building needs to update with 6x6 support beams. Otherwise; it’s a great place.
