Location was wonderful. The beach was clean and a short walk from condo. The pool was great, also. Condo was beautifully furnished with good layout of bedrooms and common areas. A couple maintenance issues could have been easily fixed before we arrived; very noisy washing machine and 4-5 burned out lights. Did call maintenance and they quickly arrived to address the issues. Overall we enjoyed the condo and the entire week.

My family and I love Garden City Beach. The first time we came we stayed in this same room 7 years ago. We have traveled with other families as a group and stayed in two other condos, all very nice, but this one (even though its older than some others) has screen in balcony, nice location, very nice clean room, and you never lose the beach at high tide. We like this room so much we have stayed in it five times out of the seven.

We had a good trip. Our only complaint was the problem with the air conditioning in the building, which kept clicking off while we were out at the beach. Apparently, if there is a problem with the building system, then each unit has to be individually reset. Maintenance was prompt in coming. We also appreciated an on-site pool person as well as two great life guards in front of the building.

The house has a wonderful ocean view and quick access to the beach. The house is an older beach home which gives it some charm. Needed some updates but other than that it was perfect for our stay.

It was a great place to stay...we have young children and the location was perfect for them...such a short walk to the beach, pier and coffee shop for me..something for everyone...loved the front porch rockers..the whole place was bright and cheery...look forward to coming back!!

The property was perfect for our family. They just need to HEAT THE POOL!! It was freezing! The door to the were the washer/dryer was kept falling off, so that needed fixing. And the carpets kept folding up when you walked on them. Basically those were our only gripes if you even call them that. We would love to stay there again. Our air did go out on our last full day there, but the property sent someone out right away. That was very helpful since we had two small children. But thank you for having such a wonderful property!

We have stayed at this location for the past 2 years and have absolutely loved it. It's quiet and so relaxing. We plan to return again next year. The deck overlooking the marsh is wonderful.

The condo was beautiful with a wonderful oceanview from the balcony. Newly decorated with lovely furniture from the living roon, dining room, kitchen and bedroom. We completely enjoyed our stay and certainly did not want to leave. The condo really created a wonderful atmosphere to relax and enjoy our vacation. Would definately stay in this one again.
