Lynchburg

Nice beach house. Very close to the water. Location is A++. Kitchen well equipped, but the range oven is frustratingly difficult to use. Keeps turning itself off. Insists on a 5 minute timer setting. In spite of an earlier review I read, the temperature in the house was perfect. A/C works very well. We might stay here again!

We stay in this condo every year and love it! We did notice that the exterminator did not show up during the 2 weeks we were there - and do not know if this is why we saw a lot more large water bugs (this is what we call them in Ky.) Thanks!

The dinning room table was rickety and coffee table came apart as we tried to move it to vacuum. Needs to be replaced!

Unit was comfortable but outdated. Needs to be "lightened" up with color. Stove, microwave and dishwasher need to be replaced. Especially stove and microwave. Kitchen supplies were ok - could be better. Need to spray for water bugs (large roaches).

The fan nor the shower in the master bath was in working order. Otherwise, the beds were very confortable and condo beautifully decorated. Location to elevator, parking and beach was great.

excellent kitchen ware to cook with - beautiful coloring on the inside - just a fantastic place to stay - will rent again - it was very nice

Wonderful vacation! The only drawback is there is a long walk over the dunes which would be difficult for elderly or disabled. Also an outside picnic table or any kind of table would be nice.

We love the location being less crowded than closer to the pier. This is our 3rd time staying at this complex and we will probably book it again. The 3F unit was nice - nice furniture and supplies. Wireless internet was easy to access. There were some nice touches like toilet paper and soap supplied and the linens were placed in each room. My only suggestion would be to build the walkway to the beach a little farther out. It can be tough to walk across so much hot sand, especially when lugging chairs, towels, etc.

My family and I thoroughly enjoyed our long weekend getaway at Sandy Shores. The unit that we had was tastefully decorated and felt so homey. The location was great, just a short walk to the beach and we had an ocean view from our balcony. Our only disappointment was that we couldn't stay longer.

We were pleased with our stay mainly due to the remodeled unit itself. Parking was more than adequate, as was the number of elevators. We would DEFINATELY consider renting this unit again!

We've been to MB 6 yrs. in a row & this condo was the best place yet. It was clean & stocked w/anything you would want. The view was excellent we could sit on the patio & watch the tweens @ the pool or beach. This gave them freedom to do what they wanted. While we could still keep tabs on them. The lifeguards were friendly & really kept an eye on the kids in the water. They would tell them when they were getting out too far & to come back closer to the beach. We loved walking the beach @ night. The moon on the water was lovely. We felt safe w/ security on site. We really enjoyed The Garden City Pier.
They have the best Country & Rock bands on the beach. They only thing we can think of that we ran low on was bags of ice for the coolers. Someone could make alot of money if they aloud an Ice Company to place a Ice Cooler on the property. We can't wait until next year we're going back!!!
