location...location...very pleasent and nice...our unit we stayed in was very and comfortable...but it serious Needs to have the REfrigerator replaced...ice maker didn't work all the time,we had to get ICE...all in all..we would stay again if they would replace the "fridge" we really enjoyed ourselves and look forward to returning....Have agreat day;

We have been vacationing in this area for approximately 30 years and this was one of the nicest places we have stayed. Everything was clean and the villa is beautiful. There was a minor maintenance issue, and it was fixed within a few hours of reporting it. Great service. We will probably return next year.

We had a great time. The property was a great value when compared to the cost of others. It was very clean. The cleaning staff was still there when we checked in and though I offered a monetary tip, she refused. I appreciate her integrity. The view is wonderful from the deck and the porch. The furniture was quite adequate and in good condition. Upon our arrival inspection, we saw several nails protruding on the decking steps and we reported that to Garden City Realty. It was repaired immediately. Overall, we all were very satisfied and will use Garden City Realty again. For the negatives - this property needs updated, especially the electric. You cannot run the toaster, and microwave while the refrigerator is running. All of this is on a single 20amp circuit when the refrigerator itself should be on a single circuit. Though the air conditioning appears new, we were advised to not turn it below 72 or it would freeze up. That is a sign of something not being right and 72 is a bit warm for sleeping for many of us. Also, the bedrooms always seemed a bit damp as the a/c was not cycling enough to pull out the moisture. There are two zones for the thermostats and they act in opposition to each other as they are in the same space. The a/c deck needs some sound insulation for the adjoiniong bedrooms. The bathroom condition was somwhat less thanwhat we expected such as the caulking, age of fixture etc.The beds need new mattresses as our was a series of mattress pads. Still, those annoyances did not dampen our stay. I recommend Garden City Realty and the Shangri-la.

I love the condo unit and its location. I did have to call maintaince 2 times but it was minor things. They quick to respond and very polite. I would definately recommend this unti and Garden City Realty to a friend. Thank you for a wonderful vacation stay.

We had a great time and the location was perfect. The beach was not crowded like the other places we have stayed.The only thing that was needed was a few more plug-in(wife and daughters had trouble geeting ready to go out) and tv's in the bed rooms.

We absolutely loved the condo. The location in the Towers was excellent. Great view, easy access to beach. My ONLY disappointment was that the pool was not on the ocean side of the building.

We had a wonderful week at Murray's Inlet Shack. You have the best of everything there; straight across from the beach, pool, and an AWESOME dock for beautiful sunsets and fishing! It was a wonderful week for our family vacation and look forward to many returns back to Murray's Inlet Shack!!

This Condo is very well located with a beautiful view of the Atlantic Ocean and the beach. Nice accommodation well furnished for 6 persons. The pool is also well maintained.

Bathrooms could use updates. Hall bath "smelled", probably because wood seat had absorbed odors.Some light bulbs were broken/burned out. Maintenance should check closer.Overall we were satisfied with property.

Definitely loved this house. The kids loved walking right onto the beach. A great vacation that we will remember always.
