Enjoyed a wonderful week at the beach. The unit was spacious and very well decorated. The matching furniture was a plus. The kitchen was well equipped with everything I needed. Loved the balcony and the view. The security system was a hinderance at times !!! The pool maintenance was lacking a couple of times. We love the Garden City area !!! Location was great as well as the beach access. Overall, we had a wonderful week at this unit. P.S. The owners were gracious enough to call and check on how well we liked the unit and offered some insight into some possible problems we might enoounter. Luckily, we didn't experience any major problems with the unit !! All in all , a very relaxing week !!

This is the 2nd time we've stayed in this unit and it works well for us. The only problems were the bathroom sinks ran very slowly and the master bath fan was useless and was stuck to the ceiling with 1 screw. Sofas needed cleaing! We loved everything else.

my husband and i rented this house. was perfect for us. everything was exactly as pictured. beach was fantastic. already talking about staying 2 weeks next year.

Even though we leave fairly close to the beach we still have a great time spending our vacations there. The condo was very clean and the view was great. Our kids enjoyed their selves whether they were on the beach or in the pool. The pier was just a short walk from the condo which was nice. We would consider staying here again.

The unit was exactly as advertised. Very enjoyable vacation. The only thing that was not five star (and this is minor) was the air conditioner. Even though the temperature outside never got extremely hot, the A/C really struggled to keep the unit cool during the day. I couldn't tell if it was just slow at reaching a cool temp or just didn't have the capacity to completely cool. At night, it did fine. Over-all, we had a great time. Thanks

We stay in the Surf Master allmost every summer. Its Location is perfect if you want to be out of the ruckass of myrtle and enjoy the ocean, yet close enough to everthing to be only minutes from food, fun and whatever else yor looking for. I will keep bringing my family back.

Lazy O was a great vacation rental. Location was excellent for a family. The house was well stocked for cooking, had ample parking, and was excellent for relaxing on the beach.

We were very pleased with out stay at the Abernethy Cottage in Garden City. This is the third time we have stayed at this cottage and we really love it. the location is just perfect for access to other areas at the beach and it is very close to the Garden City Pier and Arcade for the kids. I would recommend this cottage to anyone, it is really a pleasure to stay here. Thanks for everything, Bill Smothers Jr.

We have been staying at One Ocean Place and have rented many different condos for several years, quite satisfied with the property; however, this condo the kitchen was barely stocked (needs hot pads and more spatula's) which I didn't bring, the washer and dryer was too small to wash beach towels. The positive was that the owner provided linens and towels. The beds were comfortable and the living room was as well. We had trouble logging onto the internet to find that it needed rebooted. GCR was very helpful and the repair service scheduled that day, by 5PM we had internet connections.

commons 202. The kitchen was very well stocked. We needed a walk-in Dr. clinic and the info was right on the frig! Only complaint was the pool- it was too cold to use! I know it's July and extremely hot but the brochure said it was heated year-round and , honestly, no one used it all week because of the temperature! I called twice but no response from the property manager. Loved Surfside Beach and the general location!

We just spent a week here and had a fabulous time. This condo has everything you need for a great vacation. All you need to bring is your clothes. Kroger and walmart are within 3 miles of condo. Great music on the pier and the view from the balcony is breathtaking. You can't go wrong with this unit. We plan to use it often.

this was an awesome place to stay! the only "problem" we had would be that the owner had a car parked in one of the bays under the condo but fortunately we only had 2 vehicles. we also noticed the laundry room had ants which wouldnt have been a big deal except we loaded the laundry area with all our things to pack before we left the condo in the am including our leftover snack food and cereal etc! otherwise it was great. we would definately consider renting here again :)
