Had a great time with family. Plenty of places to seat and meet around the living area. Would have wished to have seen queen beds instead of doubles. The dock was a great place to hang out and it was such an easy walk to the beach. And really the air worked very well and the water pressure was good and hot. Can't complain!

It is the first place I ever had to buy coat hangers, skillets were terrible, the caps on stove top slanted. But overall we really enjoyed staying here and would do so again.

Garden City Realty was very helpful in reserving the property and getting us checked in quickly. The property was clean and comfortable. Location was great and our family felt at home. The only bad comment I have is that the pool and jacuzzi should of been cleaned more than once during the week. The wind brought many leaves and other things into the pool on a daily basis. Also, a suggestion to the owners would be that having WIFI to connect during the stay would of been a great benefit.

We had a great family vacation. The only small negatives were that the sofa was not easy/comfortable to sit on. Also we had very noisy neighbors above us. Sounded like stampede constantly. No fault of Garden City Realty or condo owners...nothing they can do about that. Other than those two things, we LOVED staying there. Extremely convenient to beach, Myrtle Beach and stores/grocery. Reservation process from start to finish was very well organized and easy to handle. Thank you!

Our Stay at Atalaya Towers Unit 106 was a great experance. The unit was very clean and it had the best oceanfront view. We felt right at home in the unit. We would Love to stay in this unit again when we come back to Garden City. This was a great value and a great plac e to stay

Our only complaint with our stay was there was only one TV in the condo and it was a small TV. There should at least be one more in one of the bedrooms. We have stayed at Sandy Shores II for several years as a friend of ours has a condo in the complex and we love the location to the beach as well as other activities.
