This was a great unit! It was very roomy and had an abundance of kitchen dishes, pans and utensils - things you don't always have in rentals! There were also books and games, and flat screen TVs in every room. We love this unit and would rent it again!
The only negative thing I can say is about the property, not the unit...not enough chairs by the pool and the stairs to the beach are way too steep. We had a wonderful time.

Overall this was a great property to stay at. Beach access was right across the street. The only thing I would recommend would be to update the furniture and new carpeting more often. The parking was also a bit difficult due to small spaces. We had a Ford
Expedition that barely fit into those spaces. Luckily we didn't hit anything but while we were there someone did hit the posts in parking area with their car. Don't think there is much that can be done about the parking though.

Wonderful location. Very spacious and updated interiors. Overall very clean. We had to have floors recleaned when we arrived but Housekeeping was very quick to resolve the problem. We are already looking forward to staying here again next year. Our only
complaint is that it was very challenging getting our water toys (paddleboards, kayaks and surfboards) in and out of the back area because the fence is locked at all times and we were not given a key to use the gates. We are hopeful that this problem will
be resolved before our stay next year.

Couldn't see out of the bedroom window. We stayed in the same room 2 years ago and the window was the same. Also, the patio door was hard to open. Had great Internet connection. Wonderful view and great to look out and see the ocean and the fireworks at
night. The kitchen had been replaced and updated and looked really nice. All the elevators worked great and the pools were nice and clean as well.

We were pleased with the condo. The condo had everything we needed in kitchen. We really have no complaints with the condo or the condition of it. The only complaint we have is with the parking situation. We have a mini van and we had a plastic carrier
on top. Therefore, we could not park under the condo building. There were cars in the open parking spaces who would have fit in the parking spaces under the condo, but they parked outside. One person had a trailer and their mini van which took up 2 spots.
There were times we didn't go anywhere because we might not have had a place to park when we returned. The parking situation is the only reason we would not stay at Sandy Shores II again.

The location is perfect.Great view of the beach and ocean.Down a spiral staircase onto the pool deck and then onto our own little spot on the beach every day.We had a relaxing , enjoyable vacation.

Sundial 21 was very nice and my family had a great time last week. Compared to other condos we have stayed at on the beach, this one was very clean and up to date. The pictures in the description are correct, great view to the beach. We really liked the
spiral stairs to the pool/beach, it made it very easy with little kids to get in an out. Also the bedrooms are in the front of the unit so all the fireworks on the beach didn't wake up the kids. I would recommend this condo for sure (or maybe not so I can
rent it again next year). Also, Garden City Realty was very easy and friendly to deal with, no issues there.

We loved the condo and the beach, but we did experience noise problems from the pool area. Early morning (7:30am) power washing of the pool area and late night hot tub party (11:15 pm). Also the very strong cigar smoke from the balcony above us prevented
us from using our balcony part of the time. But overall it was a very nice stay. We would recommend the property but another unit location.

We have stayed at the Lazy O for 5 summers. Love the porches and the beach. Seems this year that the furniture in the common area sofa etc may need some updating for comfort. Larger coffee mugs, better a/c for downstairs bedroom and washer wouldn't turn
on. Maybe threw a breaker but we were able to fix. We have a deposit on next year so nothing to deter us for another year. We love it and had another wonderful time.

This property is very spacious and close to all the action. There is plenty of parking underneath the house, Public beach access was a short walk. The kitchen is lacking plastic storage containers and the house would benefit from a deep cleaning but this didn't keep us from enjoying our stay and having a great family vacation.
