This is the 2nd time we have rented this unit (104) and we will do so again. It is beautiful, well mantained and ocean front! We were so happy to be able to stay an entire week. Went by too quickly. We will hopefully find this unit available when we plan
our next trip. It is home away from home. Just lovely!

We had been searching the internet for an affordable oceanfront condo.... I stumbled on Surfmaster....Talked my family into it (there were 10 of us total in 2 condos. They trusted me. I had only seen pics on your website and you know how deceiving they
can be sometime. The nite before we left, they decided to look at the website. We leave tomorrow. WOW! Anyway, we were all THRILLED with the location, the look of the condos, the staff, the amenities and EVERYTHING. We definitely plan to go back. Great Place!

The property may need some curb appeal from HGTV, but all in all it was a great location and very reasonable price for a full week stay. My family and I will come back in the future.

Location was nice and somewhat isolated, which made it nice. There were a few items that could be improved/upgraded. The stove was acceptable, but oven was difficult to cook with. Bathroom door in Master bedroom would not latch

The house needs a few upgrades and some general maintenance but overall it is a great house and Garden City was very responsive to our requests to come and repair the loose stairs and change the dirty filters. The main problem with the house during our
stay seemed to be the pool or maybe the pool filter. We didn't call it in but by mid-week the pool was cloudy and by Thursday it looked dirtier, so we banned the kids from it because we were afraid of bacteria.

The house is a very nice place to stay. Wish there were a couple more TV's on the main level. Plus the TV downstairs has very poor reception for cable. WiFi would also be nice. Missed the sofa that was on the sun porch last year. Overall, a nice place
to stay.

Had no power in bedroom by the door upon arrival, nothing worked, no lights, no fan etc.. Had to call you to get corrected. It took two hours to respond. I watched your service man correct. Happened again mid-week and I fixed circuit breaker myself, which
was behind a picture and not in utility room. Something is tripping the breaker, needs to be looked at.

My family of 11 stayed there and totally enjoyed it! The view was terrific, the front porch with the rockers was great! All the bedrooms were good with plenty of closet space. A wonderful dining room table!! Overall we thoroughly enjoyed our week!

Ocean front is always great! And then add a pool and it's almost too good to be true. Very spacious condo. The sectional sofa was awesome. So much more comfortable than normal beach furniture. Only suggestion...add WiFi. At this price point many condos
offer it. Would definetly stay here again!

We really enjoyed our vacation. The location of the house was perfect for us with easy access to the beach and the inlet witht the dock. Because of the location, the beach was not crowded. We enjoyed watching the sunset over the marsh. There was one problem
with the A/C, but that was fixed the same day we called about it.
