Property was wonderful. Had a fantastic time. Parking was an issue. The condo was for ten and we had 9 in our party. We brought 2 cars and had to park on off site. Other than that it was wonderful.

Unfortunately we had to leave after only 3 nights because of illness at home. We really liked the condo and hope to stay there again sometime. We would probably have had to leave 1 day early because of the hurricane.

Our only comments about the condo is the couch ,masterbedroom mattress was a little uncomfortable and the bedroom carpets.The codo is very nice and was clean.

The only thing is the unit stayed very hot. I would wake up at 0200 and it would be 80 degrees inside the condo.

We weren't told about the parking ticket to put in the car and we didn't look at the information until the next afternoon and when we went down to the car there was a boot lock on it. The security guard did come within 5 mintues after we called him. I
think this is something that should be mentioned when picking up the keys.

Our stay was short due to the huricane weather. It would have been nice to have a small credit or an offer of a disscount on our next visit. The lock on the sliding glass door was broke and the ceilings in the bathrooms were starting to break. The master
mathroom only had hot water. This is not a bad review. We loved it their and would go back. It was a nice place for the family vacation

Rochester

This was the first time my wife and I rented a condo along the beach. It was very convenient for us, provided excellent views of the sun rise and surf. Big change from "across the street" stays.

Overall the property is in a great location! We only had a couple things that were broke in the condo & the management was notified but it was never fixed during our stay. Alot of the furniture is outdated & breaking which needs to be fixed! We had 31
family members stay on the property & had a great time!

Our condo was in a beautiful location. We didn't get in until after 4:00 on Saturday, Aug.20th. The cleaning ladies said that the party before had trashed the place and that is why it took so long to get it. The house was clean, but not spotless by no
means, especially the bedroom bath upstairs. Also there was a smell in the main living room all week like something was rotten so we stayed in the sitting room (which was our fault for not calling service!)Also the washing machine was really loud, and the
dryer took a longer time to dry than it should. The a/c downstairs was really loud, too, like it needed to be replaced. I don't mean to sound so negative because the pool, yard, beach, location was great!!
