This is our second time to Garden City. Last year we were at Waters Edge.
Ocean Cove had its pros and cons. Pros were great price,location,pool,beds/bedrooms. Cons were place definitely needed updating. Carpet,kitchen,kitchen floor,bathroom (main one in hallway) and both balconies. Just needs new furniture. It was rusty and falling apart. But with all of that we had the best time. So it was a fantastic trip.

We had a nice condo near Garden City pier. We survived the first week of college spring break. Dinning in local area was fabulous. A shout out to the Gracious Pig and Bubba's. We would do this area again but after college spring break

This is a lovely property with direct access to the beach. It’s great to sit on the porch with your morning cup of coffee, listening to the waves and taking in the ocean breeze. The house is made for families (not for a couple). There is a great bunk bedroom for kids and a game room in the basement. I would LOVE the property more if it had a few things - more directions on lightswitches, actual lights that work out by the driveway and yes, a pool. All surrounding properties have them and that’s what is missing. Otherwise, a lovely stay in a beautiful environment.

Great location in a quiet setting. Garden City Realty was very responsive to any minor issues. Could use some updating, and a larger TV in the living room.

We arrived and the Keurig coffee maker did not function properly. We didn't plan on using anything else so I called to report the issue and they replaced it within a couple hours. It has been the same response with any issue. When a boat took out the cable we were pleased that we had a response to the call quickly even though it was after business hours. Cable company was contacted for us and eventually fixed. Garden City has also allowed us to take extra days prior to our reservation when available. We continue to book every year.

This is a great place. We have stayed here before and it is always clean and well kept. The layout of the house is convenient. The pool and hot tub are great. Love sitting on the porch in the morning drinking my coffee. The sunsets off the back porch are also beautiful. The access to the beach is conveniently right across the street and the neighborhood is very quiet.

Had a wonderful time at the Spring Bike Rally. Sea Grass has lots of rooms for my family, a private pool, & a small "pond" of water off the deck! Great place for a family vacation! Loved every minute of it!

This is our 3rd stay at The Beach House, 1st with Garden City Realty. Best overall experience so far. 3 Things were minor inconveniences. First, WiFi needs a serious upgrade, had to use my hotspot to get a lot done on my laptop. Second, the patio furniture was standard table height so you had to look through the handrails, not good. So we purchased our own bar height chairs so we could look over the rails. That greatly changes the whole patio experience. Finally the landscaping crew was there Saturday and after cleanup they didn’t blow any of the vehicles off and left a pretty thick layer of mulch dust on all the vehicles. These issues will not keep us from renting this unit again and would recommend it to others, it’s quiet, the beach out front is not crowded, easy walk to the pier area, property was well kept and clean. We would stay in this unit again. Thanks, Mark
