Need to update the pictures because there was no recliner. Needs to have dishwasher and freezer grates replaced because they are rusty.
The owner suite needs a new mattress or spring because all it did was squeak when sitting on it or moving.
Other than that, it was a great week and the three of us enjoyed ourselves.

Gorgeous views from the tenth floor. Easy entrance with key pad. Security at gate was friendly and helpful with new procedures for entering pool and beach area. We adapted to it quickly. We have stayed at One Ocean Place many times and will again. The location by the Conch Cafe is perfect for grabbing lunch when we first arrive. The Condo is located almost exactly halfway between the two piers making it great for walking north or south to the piers. Probably the best moment was the phone call when our unit was ready at 2:30. What a pleasant surprise. Only complain - we couldn't stay longer.

We thought this unit was comfortable, clean, good water pressure, and we felt safe staying here. We wished there were more spices, cooking supplies and an extra comfy chair in the living room. Overall we would stay here again.

We wanted to take a little mini vacation and decided to stay in Garden City at 1207 One Ocean Place. We were not disappointed in our selection of condos or Garden city. The condo was exceptionally clean and located in a great area for our plans. We absolutely loved this property. Everything from check in until check out was easy and all of the communication from property management was timely and helpful. We will definitely be booking this property again anytime we go to Myrtle Beach. You will not be disappointed if you book this property. I only hope that you and your family have as great of an experience as we did.

Excellent with exception of ice maker not working and we felt had not been. We should have been informed to bring ice or better still, should have been provided. After calling, maintenance tech outstanding but could not help us. Manufacturer problem.

Kitchen was well stocked. Only downside is they set up umbrellas and chairs for rental across the entire location so a front spot on the beach isn’t possible right out from the condo.

This was one of our family trips. We have not been back to Surfside in about 4 years, it was great to be back. The Ocean was perfect and there are so many great places to eat right near by. One Oceans Place is ideally located between the 2 piers for the maximum entertainment

After enjoying a terrific stay at 1207 in the spring we decided to book again for our fall beach trip. Just as with our spring visit we were just as pleased with our fall trip. We love the location of the property, the covered parking decks and amenities available at One Ocean Place. We look forward to returning again next year.
