We have stayed at this location for MANY years as it is perfect for our family. I am so glad we changed to the Garden City Realty Co. instead of the previous rental company. With Garden City Reality you are able to check-in using a keyless entry into a very CLEAN UNIT without having to fight your way through the crowd of people all trying to park and pick up their keys. When departing, you are able to simply leave the grounds and head kind of place!

We had a great time at Moodlighting - Whole House, although the washing machine in the main house did not work. Also the dryer did not dry very quickly. Had some trouble with the downstairs toilet, got clogged a lot. Other than that, the place is wonderful!

Very pleasant. It was nice to have linens supplies as packing space is limited. The house was clean and welcoming. The beach accessories coupon was a nice addition.

The Ohana fit our families needs. Having a fenced backyard and deck was great for our dog, the porch was very comfortable, especially the swing, This location was very convenient to the beach. Just two suggestions. I would add a full length mirror in the bedrooms and space in the kitchen for groceries if possible

Beach Therapy was a terrific place for our family vacation. Plenty of room, nice pool area, and a short walk to the beach. You can't ask for anything more! The house was clean and we enjoyed ourselves from the minute we got there until check-out!

I wanted to take my elderly mother to the beach for some rest from doctors and appointments, so I called Garden City Realty and spoke with Emma. She listened to my needs and concerns and found me the perfect place. It is a great size, clean, had everything we needed, other than our personal items! We loved sitting on the screened in porch with the ocean right in front of us. The view from the kitchen makes you feel like you’re on the water!! I took a leap of faith and rented it on her recommendation and was very pleased.

The house is very spacious. The pool is wonderful. We were a group of 5 adults and 4 children 6 and under. The dryer wasn’t working on Sunday but was fixed on Monday. The elevator was a big help in loading and unloading our stuff. The dishes, glasses, etc are beautiful. Some kid friendly dishes would be a plus
