Beautifully landscaped yard with swimming pool, room for games and the cutest dock on the inlet. Loved the "Jimmy Buffet" theme! Plenty of yard furniture included as well as everything in the kitchen you would ever need.

My friends and family stayed at this property in late August this year and really had a great vacation. The house was in a nice location and close to the beach which was very convenant with the small children not having far to walk to. The only thing we
all discussed was the fact at night we all felt seperated since there was no access for the downstairs to the upstairs except for going outside and enter that way,some of the cabinets could use some upgrade along with the livingroom Tv's. There was one time
we had to call about the pool and hot tub and that issue was handled the same day even though the service responded saying it would be the following day. The only thing that put a damper on our stay was the visit from Hurricane Irene, but even still we all
enjoyed our stay and look forward to planning another stay in the future.

I truly enjoy dealing with Garden City Realty. It is very easy to make reservations with them online. They are also very pleasant to deal with if you need to call. I love the Surfmaster! I like that they provide linens and have umbrellas and chairs to
rent...plus you go directly to Surfmaster to check-in!

It's a vintage beach house which adds to the charm of the cottage. Bathroom and kitchen upgrades would be nice. We ended up using on the one bathroom for showers (between the 2 guest rooms) b/c the master bath shower is so small.

The only complaint (and it is very small) was there were large "palmetto bugs" that would come in the house occasionally. We killed them, but we were all women and really afraid of them. Other than that, it was a perfect place to vacation.

This was my second stay in Beach House 109. The beach front location can't be beat, and the condo is clean and cute. The kitchen is decked out with plenty of cooking appliances and the overall decor is adorable. I noticed a few more signs of wear and tear
compared to last year, but I'd imaging those things will be attended to, as I can see the owners really love this place and keep it in very nice overall condition. Love the laminate floors. So much easier to sweep up the sand with a broom, and no stinky carpet.
I really can't imagine a better little vacation spot.

The baths and the kitchen were very clean, which are the most important areas to have clean. However, the surfaces of tables and lamps were very dusty. Overall, the house is wonderfully comfortable and certainly located in a fabulous spot!

This is the 8th year for my family at this house. We love it and the realty company. We checked out before the office opened and I just wanted to list some things damaged when we arrived. The bar on the front screen door was broken. One of the black rocking
chairs was broken and had obviously been repaired before. Also the stove temperature needs to be checked as it it not accurate...See you next year!

This house is perfect for my family. The beds are super comfortable and plentiful, it has a lovely, peaceful atmosphere that invites total relaxation. It accommodates a large family for meals & the location is awesome!!

The condo was clean and comfortable. The only complaint I have is the shower head in the bathroom only sprayed one weak stream of water, making showering an unpleasant experience. If the shower head was fixed and the walls wiped down in the entry way,
I would have no complaints.
